The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.
But I went to visit there late in the evening
I couldn't find the entrance because I couldn't see the hotel sign.
Users will feel uncomfortable in the dark.

Despite looking nice from the outside, the rooms & services are very disappointing.
Nothing of what you would expect in a 4* hotel (for the price you are paying) is provided (slippers, coffee machine, enough water etc…).
There was a bad smell from sewage in the bathroom and the AC was very loud.
I wouldn’t recommend this hotel

DO NOT stay here. I had a tragic family death and the hotel has been horrible to me. They are charging me for 3 rooms even though I canceled. I have never experience rude customer service like this. They don’t want to speak to me and said it’s my problem. They don’t care at all. They refunded my sister and not me. How does that even make sense? Will never stay here and will never recommend this hotel.
