The hotel was absolutely amazing. Everything was perfect. Even the food, the services. The front desk staff were very polite friendly and spoke fluent english. I would like to mention that Mr. Burak at front desk was an absolute gentleman and fulfilled all my queries.

This hotel is located far away from everything on the Asia side and one of the least friendly places that I visited. That's saying a lot since I spent a week there. The hotel itself is actually very beautiful. The spa looks like it is to die for although the spa service is only mediocre. Go someplace else. The staff was very standoffish and made had no problem staring at you openly. The room was clean and food is reasonable in a pinch. I wouldn't stay again and can't recommend a friend stay there.

Yıllardır masaj ve spa için tek tercihim. Hijyenik, sakin ve güleryüzlü hizmetinden çok memnunum. Nur Hanım her zaman güleryüzlü ve randevu için destek oluyor. Masözlerin tamamı işinde profesyonel ve titiz. Temizlik ve hijyen kurallarında çok titizler. Spa için her zaman tek adresim.
