I chose Sa Coma Playa for my first holiday on my own as I have been there many, many times and knew what to expect. I certainly wasn’t disappointed! The staff have always been amazing. My table for one was reserved in the dining room at breakfast and dinner. Thank you to Carlos and staff for looking after me so well. The rest of the staff in the bar and pool bar were also very attentive. I wish Ricardo a very happy retirement after working for Protur for over 30 years. All at reception also deserve a mention as nothing is too much trouble. The rooms have been refurbished to a high standard since last year. Very spacious and tasteful. The food in the restaurant is also first rate, with pasta and pizza available for children but an excellent selection of food (including vegetarian options) for adults. As for the desserts… so much tempting choice!! I would recommend this hotel to families with young children as well as couples, both young and old. Thank you Sa Coma Playa I will be back next year!😍

After having some issues with Tui all inclusive at previous hotels in previous years this place cannot be faulted , from the minute we arrived we felt valued and were given the best service normally only experienced in far more expensive places ! The decor is pristine the rooms are the same , the staff well What can we say but the best ! Nothing is too much trouble and always with a 😃 smile. Food is another level compared to other all inclusive so good we didn’t even bother with A la cartes offered free on site as the buffet is fantastic every night especially the gala bbq night great steak and real steak 🥩! Wines and spirits are almost all premium brands at no extra cost and really good 👍 pool Area and snack bar fantastic, we normally eat out most nights when at all inclusive we didn’t even bother here it’s that good 👍. Entertainment was as you would expect it was ok and the piano bar is better at a sister hotel. Our experience is of the adult part of The hotel the other side with children looks nice as well but didn’t experience any problems . Definitely will be back to stay here wel done team and TUI BLUE

Truly faultless in all areas. Newly refurbished rooms and other areas to such a high and modern standard. Staff are absolutely wonderful and friendly. Food- just simply- amazing. I have now been to this hotel 3 times, 2 times with my wife and this time as a family of 3 and I feel this hotel is idea for any type of traveller. Will definitely be coming back.

Can’t complain overall, however, our first room was located on ground floor next to family pool area. Sadly we had no door to shower opposite the French doors so felt rather exposed. Asked for another room, we were offered 2nd floor overlooking gardens. The room stank of damp - due to an obvious leak in toilet - it did however have a bathroom door. Final kick was leaving expensive hair straighteners in the room only to be told a day after making the hotel aware AND offering to pay to have them sent home, they had not been found. So disappointing. So will not be returning

A big hotel with lots of things to do...i think 3 hotels are connected in total and then you can use all activities for free or for a small amount of money. You can also upgrade, so you have a private pool and acess to the spa part. We had breakfast and dinner included in our stay. The dinning area was huge and you could eat inside or outside. And it was buffet style. But always good quality - you could also have the chefs prepare meat at dinner and different things at breakfast, such as omelet and stuff like that... But between the 3 hotels, different restaurants were also "attached" - but i guess you had to have another kind of accommodation than we had, to use them. I actually don't know how it worked. The hotel is placed near the beach. 5 min. walk through the Sa Coma "city" wich had a fair amount of shopping possibilities - not a hole lot, but it was okay... we borrowed bikes at the hotel and cycled to the next "city" one if the days. It was not that far. We also went hiking, at a hiking area just beside the hotel. This was one of our best vacations, we would definitely come again!

We are currently here on holiday and it’s amazing. The food is out of this world. The best buffet dinner and breakfast I have ever had. The ingredients are all local produce and they cater to your every need. The staff are so nice and work so hard. I read a bad review on here from a week or so ago and I honestly cannot believe what that person was on about. If you can’t get something to eat in the buffet restaurant, then you must be walking in the wrong direction, because they have something for everyone. We are half board and I was worried I’d get jealous of the all inclusive, but it’s not in your face at all. We’re not big drinkers so the half board is perfect value for us, plus the drinks are all reasonably priced. If you do want to upgrade to all inclusive, you can do so at reception. We upgraded to a shared pool on the ground floor and it’s lovely. If the main pool gets busy, we just pop back to our room for a little dip. The hotel is quiet at night and the bar closes around 11pm, which is perfect for our family. There’s lots to do, including crazy golf, tennis, a driving range and I think there’s a farm (we’ve not been yet). Sa coma is a lovely little town, but if you come out of the hotel pool door, turn left and stroll 20 minutes up the road, you arrive at Cala Millor, which is a busier town, with lots of shops. You can cycle here too as the cycle lane leads you right to the beach. We’re half way through our holiday, but I’m already feeling sad at the idea of leaving!!!

Stayed Protur Sa Coma. Lovely hotel, clean, big room. Food was lovely with plenty of choice. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Probably 1 week was enough in this resort. Nice walk along the beach. Great boat trip to Porto Christo. Loved the 2 horses that gave the rides in the carriages on the main front in Sa Coma, didn't go on but they appreciated an apple each and I'm sure would love a treat if you're passing.

This was our second time at this hotel as we had such an enjoyable stay last year. We decided to upgrade our room to a swim up pool and go all inclusive to save money on soft drinks and lunch which cost us a fortune last year. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Clean public areas, very friendly staff, food is very good quality. I would say my partner who is a vegetarian struggled a little as the options were very repetitive (curried veg or curried veg pasta alternated each day). The only reason I'm marking down from a 5 is that I personally don't think the swim up pool room was worth it. The room itself wasn't as clean as we had found it last year (**********s on the bed sheets, there was dried paint flakes all over the room when we arrived which I had to brush up, dust and grime in the corners of the room). The pool itself was not maintained as much as it should have been. There was bird faeces along the side that wasn't cleaned the whole time we stayed. Our sun lounger was also hit by a bird and despite us leaving a note to ask them if they wouldn't mind cleaning it, it was never touched. We also noticed that the surface of the water had a lot of scum sitting on it which didn't make it that appealing. My thoughts were that because it was nearing the end of the season it had been well used and kind of forgotten about. Also something to bare in mind that depending on the time of the year, the pool/lounge area went into cold shadow from about 2pm and the pool was freezing. I certainly wouldn't choose this room type again.
