Acceptable. A bit pricey for the room.

The hotel is near the park in Sadec City. It is lively at night and you can go shopping. I ate different breakfasts in the hotel for three days, and they were delicious😋😋. Within a 10-minute walk, you can go to the local supermarket to buy things, which is very convenient. After making the reservation, because my SIM card did not have a phone number but only internet, I contacted the hotel through FB, and the hotel responded quickly. If you don't speak Vietnamese, it doesn't matter. The hotel's front desk staff will use the translation software on your mobile phone to communicate with you. 👍

Although only 2 stars, the class deserves a 4-star rating: from the reception attitude, service, interior... everything is very professional. Room price is cheap. Breakfast is 1 bowl, 1 glass but extremely delicious. In short, extremely satisfied.

This hotel used to be decent, but it has gone downhill. Found cockroaches in our room main door does not lock properly, Refrigerator does not work, shower has mold, loud banging noises all night long coming from a mysterious place in the building and trying to get a coffee in the morning without asking 5 people is a bit harsh. The staff is completely afraid of the owner, which makes him unable to provide a good experience for the guest. If you do stay her don’t eat here many other good places to eat near by and good coffee just up the road for only 25k

There aren't many hotels in Sadec, and Van Kim Long hits all of the right marks. Facilities are clean, amenities good for the price point, and very conveniently located. VKL is near a beautiful public park, and walking distance to coopmart. We stayed for over a week and the hotel was a great staging ground for travel to the flower village, night market, and family nearby. Breakfast at the restaurant is included with the room rate. The selection was the same each day, a choice between 4 dishes. All very tasty, but could use some variety like a chicken or fish. Room service menu is larger and we enjoyed late night rice porridge, and pork rice for lunch once. Hotel minibar was also very inexpensive. A welcome surprise, and very convenient to just grab cold drinks without worry. Whether short term or midterm stay, Van Kim Long is recommended for location, price, and quality.

I was hesitated to book this hotel since this is my first trip to Sa Đéc in March 2023. The reason that I booked this hotel because it offers room with king bed but I was very pleased and happy during my stay. This hotel is new and very clean. The staffs are very kind and very friendly. There is a restaurant/cafeteria adjacent to the main lobby that guests can eat free breakfast, and the foods are very good too. I also went to a restaurant (I believe that it is the same owner of the hotel) called "Ẩm Thực Vạn Kim Long" about 300 yards down street, this restaurant is excellent in foods and services. I hope to be back here.

Accommodations are hard to come by in the area, and Van Kim Long is probably the best hotel around. I didn't expect much, but the room was very spacious for the price. The walls are thin and street noise ever present, but the A/C was strong and made for good sleep. The included breakfast was surprisingly good (Bun Bo, Pho Bo, Bo Kho) with various juices on offer. A bit repetitive since we ended up staying over a week, but a delicious bowl of hot food awaited us every morning. Great way to start the day.
