We stayed here one night on our journey from Calais to Croatia. The hotel was excellent and I would not hesitate to stay here again. All the staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The room was modern with all facilities that we needed, such as plenty of USB points, and the bathroom was too with an excellent walk-in shower. The breakfast was very good with a nice selection of food. There was plenty of parking which was free when we stayed. Our room was near the tram tracks and it was a little bit noisy when the window was open, but it didn't interfere with us getting a good night's sleep. Getting to the hotel by car was a little trickier than expected as the exit we wanted from the autobahn was closed for repairs, but the navigation soon took us to the hotel.

Great hotel. All rooms are newly refurbished. Housekeeping is great, all is super clean and spotless. Food and beverage department is amazing. Breakfast is fantastic, daily changes in variety and offerings. Great service. Food is amazing. Front of house always supportive with a smile. Consistency - all day! Premier Inn was in general a very positive experience: spacious and very well equipped room (super comfy bed and bedlinen), tasty and varied breakfast.
