The staff was nice but the hotel is mediocre at best. Certainly not worth the $300 per night price for the “executive king suite” which turned out to be a junior suite.

Hi, yes, I know you folks were "Under Construction." However, we enjoyed a very quiet and comfortable stay. Zak at front desk Rocks! He helped me out great, as I was too dumb to remember to bring my Reservation number with me. Could not find it in phone. Tired wiped out mentally. Zak- No problem sir, got you right here. All Set! Great Guy. Best thing I ate on the entire week long trip was the Jalapeno Muffin the nice lady made for Breakfast in the lobby. Will defiantly "Stay Again". Thank You Mark L. Ketten

The place is refurbishing, and the lobby and breakfast area looked horrible. They are doing the halls and stuff first, which doesn’t make for a great first impression. We found the bed bag, felt we were going to roll off the edges. The breakfast is not good, the eggs are made from powder, is my guess, and no cheese or anything to put on them besides hot sauce.

My room was near a window that was lit the entire night. The room did not get dark. There were no shades to draw. Very disappointing and a waste of money. I did not like the fact that the bathroom door always shut automatically. I was attempting to look for something to keep it propped open. I would not stay at this facility again.

My Stay was pleasant. Property under renovations which is understandable. I hope on my next visit property will look fabulous!

Everything was fine with the hotel and the room except for the shower heads are way too low if you're over 6 ft tall you have to bend down a lot to rinse your hair either than that it was great will stay there again

Overall the stay was pretty good. It wasn't in our original plan, but circumstances at our house prevented us from returning home from our holiday travels. We were surprised to find the hotel in the middle of a remodeling project. The bed in our room was not nearly as comfortable as the last time I stayed here. The staff was very accommodating, and the included breakfast was really among the best we have found in our travels. It would have been nice if there has been more than one armchair, or a couch, with a coffee table in the room.

The stay was great. We were able to check in early. The lady at the front desk Erin, I think that was her name not sure if that’s how you spell it. She needs a raise. She was very friendly and helpful. We specifically stayed at this hotel for the indoor pool and jacuzzi. Everything was fine except they’re remodeling the first floor.

Clean, well kept hotel with many amenities. Rooms were nice as well. Nice breakfast offered in the morning with many items to choose from. Would stay here again if I visit the area again.

Nice place, clean, good service. Only issue is of the three days they only had turkey sausage one day but that’s just a minor issue. Overall I was very pleased with my stay.

Would have rated even higher but property was being remodeled during my stay. Breakfast choices were better than at other comparable places. Will stay at again. Staff was beyond excellent. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The hotel was being renovated, the staff was excellent and friendly, the complimentary breakfast was great. It is near some unhoused and it seemed that a guy who was not a guest was working inside the hotel.

Very clean. Staff was very friendly. Provided all we needed during our stay. Definitely recommend.

We have stayed here many times since it opened. Always excellent service. Our first time without daily housekeeping but we didn’t need it. Susanna in the cafe/breakfast kitchen was excellent. Coffee as very hot and delicious! We will be back again.
