Convenient location. Amenities lacking but who cares really?

Upsetting the amount people that are okay with sub par service

I caretake for a handicapped 68 year old and they put us on the 3rd floor and the elevator was broken. Found out thru talking with another local guest it's been broken for months. Anyway the best part. I moved the mini fridge to find a plug to charge fone all other didn't work and the only lamp in the room had a burnt out bulb. When I did, and I kid you not over 100 inch long cockroaches went running everywhere. Went to the front desk and asked for there assistance in finding another room somewhere else he said he would do that. When I asked for a refund he told me to go back to the sunset lit room almost dark and take a picture or the situation. So I did, and not familiar with area my patient and I spent the night in the car. Will never stay nor recommend this place to another. Before caretaking I was in the hospitality industry for 18years. I've only seen an infestation on that level in text books in culinary school. As for the way it was handled, total B.S. they should tear Roy's down and build a real hotel.

Advertisied free breakfast, not available for a month. Elevator doesn’t work. Room stinks like cigarettes! Holes in the walls.

My stay it's self was fine . . . However just Just yesterday after checkout they didn't release my deposit back to me. I left returned home then returned two hours later inquiring why exactly I haven't received my deposit back. They gave me a print out telling me "it's been released" I called my bank and not only did they not release it they charged me twice. So now my card is sitting at negative 50 dollars. Besides them double charging my card for the deposit the overall stay was good.

The guy that checked me in was great! Next morning I had to walk to the office to ask for a late check out and the female who was at the counter was like It was notherson that I was asking. I had to walk to the office to ask because there is no phone in the room and I couldn't get through to the office anyway with cell

The staff were very professional, the hotel is being updated new restrooms, new bedding, just overall a new environment. Security on the property is diligent and handy, Parkings a bit tight, and walls are thin you can gear the neighbors a lot. Plus the freeway traffic, a majotr plus is having ihop in the same parking lots.
