Catastrophique, chambres très vétuste et très mal insonorisées dans des préfabriqués avec de gros lampadaires juste devant la porte qui invitent les moustiques !!! La plus grosse déception et malhonnêteté est d avoir affiché en lignes des équipements inexistants comme piscine intérieur/ extérieur ( un hôtel de même catégorie en avait bien une mais oas eux en claire pratiques commerciales trompeuses inacceptable et chambres déplorables type mobile home très mauvaise qualité et état ( store cassé, mauvaise literie pleine de moustiques et sans piscine !!! Attention au règlement aussi l hôtel ne se contente pas d afficher des infos trompeuses le personnel peut aussi encaissé une deuxième fois la chambre!!! A fuir tous points de vue confondus !!!

Agréablement surprise par cet hôtel. Je ne m’attendais pas à grand chose car j’ai réservé une nuit juste pour faire une escale.
La chambre était plus spacieuse que ce que je pensais, c’était propre et la literie était confortable. Par contre il manquait un peu de luminosité, il n’y avait qu’une seule fenêtre et elle n’était pas très grande.
En tout cas, je garde une expérience positive dans cet hôtel.

Accueil déplorable par un réceptionniste désagréable et agressif.
Hôtel très défraîchi =pour la marque campanile décevant, chambre sale avec senteur de renfermé , toile d’araignée au plafond, dans la douche multiples cheveux et poils, odeur désagréable dans les toilettes, moquette au sol non entretenue et rideaux à changer en priorité….
De plus , chambre très bas de plafond
A niveau de l’extérieur et escalier extérieur +couloir=pas d’entretien, saleté et mégot de cigarette !
On a l’impression que cet hôtel est laissé a l’abandon..
Le rafraîchissement réalisé en 2018 et affiché en grand sur des banderoles des notre arrivée a l’hôtel est à revoir .
Expérience décevante et je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel. je ne le recommande pas! A fuir pour200 euros une nuitée !.

This is basically a small box room with limited facilities. Very dated and in need of a refurb. More of a motel than a hotel. Staff weren’t the friendliest. Arrived about 2.15 after a long drive to be told that check in wasn’t until 3pm. There was no evidence that the rooms were still be cleaned so I’m sure one would have been available for us. We also went to get a drink from the bar at 6.55 and were told by the two members of staff sat there doing nothing that it didn’t open until 7pm. Needless to say we didn’t bother. This place charges a premium price because of the area it’s in but you’d be better off spending a few euros more for a nicer place closer into town.

Check in was adventurous front desk was already closed at 9:30 my reservation number did not work on the self check in there was a kind person staying there that spoke French that help us with commutating with the operator breakfast was not anywhere close to what website has pictured gate stayed open first night second night it was closed didn’t work with combination of room had to call for assistance and again no wash clothes or hand towels and no ice machine what is the deal with no hotels in France having the basic immunities like in the States
