Didn’t allow early check in even though I was within one hour of their window. Offered to do it for like $75. I said no thanks.

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The water pressure in the shower was barely coming out and the rooms felt dirty just walking around inside. The spout on the bathtub was loose and didn't want my family to even shower at this place or get in the beds.

Our only problem was that we had a Travelocity reservation for a handicapped-accessible room with a king-sized bed and our room had a queen-sized bed.

The hotel was nice, staff was great just some minor issues. The tub was cleaned but not cleaned completely, I noticed a few flaws but I always clean my room before using amenities etc. I was here for a wedding and I was to do the hair for the bridesmaids, my bathroom light blew the morning of day 2 and was not fixed. I reached out to the front desk 2x and no resolution. They mentioned maintenance not getting back, however that needs to be communicated because I paid way too much for something I need to be rectified to be ignored or not taken care of. Other than that, stay was nice.

No hot water in shower. My kids wouldn’t take cold showers. There was Hot water in the sink but not shower. Beds were not comfortable either. I complained about the lack of hot water and they comp my breakfast, which apparently wasn’t going to be complimentary and it was $16 a person, which I didn’t know when booking.

Hotel was terrible. No hot water and hotel would do nothing to compensate for the bad experience. And ******* could do nothing. Will not use this hotel again and am considering not using ******* in future.

The hotel itself was dirty and unsafe. Our rooms were dingy, dark with roaches. The picture is not what it looks like online. Very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property itself is worn out. The hallways are just busted up. Dents and scratches everywhere. Paint in the wrong places. Sloppy work. The rooms are not
Properly dehumidified. The floors are slippery. The sheets are damp. The towels feel wet. They serve coffee in the lobby in tiny Dixie Cups. The hot water doesn’t work. The AC units sound like a motor.
