The room was quiet. The "breakfast" was not as pictured but more a continental with toast and cereal. Housekeeping was very respectful and accommodating.

This is the worst hotel i have ever stayed in, very filthy and run down. I booked quickly(never again, usually i am one to look at reviews and other information) bc we decided to go to St Augustine a night early and the airbnb we rented was not available early so we booked for one night coming in late and check out the next morning. I slept very little as I feared sleeping with my family in this room, there was rust all over shower heads, door knobs, dust all over bed skirt and around headboard. Floors had dirt all over them we didn't walk on them without our shoes. We didn't even use TV or shower literally stayed long enough for daylight the next day and left and went to the beach until we could check into our Airbnb. People were sitting out side of doors in lawn chairs when we were getting into our room which made it very scary when it is almost midnight, if it hadn't been so late i would have left!

It looks clean, but don't look close. Renovation done half way. Example, new wood floor, but 1 inch gap near tub. Bathroom toilet paper holder ancient. Bed and pillows clean.

Quality Inn is owned by Choice Hotels International - A Multinational Company.
Time to step it up if you want Quality Inn to be around tomorrow:
1. Cockroaches
2. You can hear the folks next door as if they are in your own bedroom
3. Poor quality shampoos and soaps - get with the times to bring quality healthy products to your guests
All else is status quo services experienced since 1980s.

we have stayed in countless hotels and i must say that this one is by far the worst one . the bath and shower was held together with caulk and the breakfast area was very small enough room for about 6/7 people , trired to do an early check in and was told the fee was $25.00 . The check in was somewhat ok . We should check this place out try room 219, upon checkout told them about the mold on the ceiling they said its due to the weather

Place is great if you're on a budget. Nice price for a great location. Place needs some updating and room smelled like mold or something. Not sure what it was, but made me sneeze a lot. But even with that, I still would return. Down the street from multiple restaurants.
