This is a very nice and friendly hotel while being very simple. Not enough food options around particularly on Sunday.

Checking in at 1:30 in the morning .. everything was fine. The young man was extremely helpful in assisting me when th the paid parking .. above and BEYOND!

Un hôtel et une chambre qui n'ont rien d'un "Privilège" 3 étoiles ... A l'occasion du Festival 666, nous sommes venus dormir dans cet hôtel. Je suis moi-même étonné de devoir mettre un avis négatif étant donné tout les avis positifs que j'ai pu voir concernant l'hôtel Henri IV sur Tripadvisor. Les plus : - La literie est de bonne qualité - La chambre est plutôt mignonne mais ne vaut pas son prix (Privilège double 90€) - La localisation par rapport au Festival (13,5km) - L'endroit est calme et agréable malgré la gare voisine. Les moins : - Pas de réception de 12h à 18h le dimanche (donc pas d'accueil physique pour nous qui sommes arrivés vers 15h). - La propreté de la salle de bain (voir photos). - L'amabilité/le professionnalisme du personnel, notamment au moment du chek-out. En effet, juste avant de quitter la chambre nous avons reçu un appel de la réception à 11H03 nous informant sur un ton sec et froid qu'il fallait rendre la chambre au plus vite (le check-out étant à 11H00). Nous avons simplement eu la sensation de gêner. La réceptionniste avait peur que nous soyons partis sans régler .... En arrivant à la réception, on ne nous a pas du tout demandé comment s'est passé notre séjour. Les seuls mots de la réceptionniste ont été "bonjour, la chambre n'a pas été réglée, cela fait tant avec les taxes"(payez et partez). Une nouvelle fois, nous avons eu la sensation de gêner et devoir quitter les lieux au plus vite. Nous sommes très déçus par notre expérience à l'hôtel Henri IV.

Accueil de qualité, équipe vraiment agréable et souriante. Petit dej très complet (choix +++), chambres confortables, en face de la gare mais triple vitrage donc très calme, parking privé. Il ne manque que le restaurant:-)
