Stayed here for 1 night when travelling to lake garda in Italy...what can I say brilliant place swimming pool is very clean the hotel and our room was spotlessly clean we had a small ice box full of food which they put in there fridge for us staff were friendly and could not do enough to help us booked on the spot aswell as we didn't plan on stopping but so glad we did 100% would recommend to anyone....p.s wish I got the womens name who was on reception she was so helpful and polite thankyou to everyone 😀

The hotel is old, the facilities are still perfect, the door lock is a bit loose, the door has to be closed several times before closing, the carpet is old, dirty, the price is more affordable, the service attitude is still very good, but it is far from the bus station, every time I go over, I feel too far

We stayed in a Suite in the Maison des Ecureuils at the chateau des Avenieres and had a great family time, enjoying beautiful hikes in the surrounding area and exploring the chateau. The Chateau-hotel is marvelous, inside out, and it’s outdoor area offers spectacular view. Our two-floors suite was spacious, very clean and nicely decorated, including a fireplace and beautiful view, while in the morning we were also served an amazing breakfast with delicious French delis at the chateau. At night, we dined at the incredible “M” restaurant in the chateau, tasting its fine dishes and enjoying great wine. The key opportunity area is the checkin process & the reception-staff (they were neither very welcoming, professional or kind enough when receiving our family - e.g they couldn’t find our reservation for a while and didn’t apologize for it / they didn’t suggest we stay in the lounge area while waiting for our suite to be ready/ they didn’t assess possibility for an available upgrade for us despite we earlier asked for etc - , nor keen to show us around the hotel area and our suite amenities - e.g. they only gave us a letter with few instructions while they didn’t accompany us, neither asked to help with luggage nor showed us our suite, and consequently we had hard time ourselves connecting to internet & Sonos music system there).

One of the best hotels i have ever staid in. It is truly 5 stars in every single way, when you enter the property and you saw peaple at the golf court, then you enter the luxury reception, with a wonderful fragrance. The fully new suites, are very well decorated, with a balcony for the jardin that was stunning. They were prepared to take care of every need our toddler had, with food out of the menu, to the preparation of our bedroom. Not forget to mention the pool, that was wonderfull, so beautiful and with all the amenities we needed

The 27-square-meter room is very large, it is more comfortable to live, the bathroom is dry and wet, there is a cloakroom, there is a small kitchen, you can simply cook something, the big window will be more perfect if the floor-to-ceiling window design, overall very good, except the location is a bit biased, the bus usually runs every hour, Be optimistic about the time to go out, but if you have a car, it will be very convenient. Probably the best place to stay in ferney. Ping pong, volley, pool and piano make it great for kids. Laundry and kitchen facilities. Only gripe was no room service during stay unless you stay for more than a week. After 4 nights our room definitely needed a clean… I would suggest rooms should be freshened every 3 days…

The hotel is open recently and it is the case to say it.. Arrival: computer system planted one waits 5 minutes. The evening: no heating. Walls of the room are not very clean because they have not to be cleaned after the work. The room is not practical at all. It has a bad shower that makes you get stuck against the toilets by going out. It is impossible to look in the ice unless you turn around the toilet and the laundry. What to say about the toilet paper support ... to want to prefer the design you forget that you should use these tools .... Break can better do. Correct breakfast, just as the reception.
