I felt the cleanliness and the safety of the hotel was above and beyond for the current epidemic; I felt very safe. I also appreciated how the hotel accommodated my very late check-in since I was driving more then 8 hours to reach the destination.

Sheets were not changed; the receptionist offered to give me the sheets so that I could change them myself.
Everything else was dirty and/or in a poor condition (for example all the machines in the gym were broken).
On the first day of our stay there was poop on the floor in the bathroom at the pool. On the following day it was still there, but somebody had placed some toilet paper on it.

The room was clean but could some updates and renovations. The hallway areas have a mild musty smell, particularly the floors closer to ground level. The pool area is beyond disgusting and absolutely should not be open to the public.. the hot tub and pool water should be considered a health concern. The breakfast was a good/average continental breakfast, it served the purpose. The staff at check in were polite, we were there for a few days and had no other staff interaction.

Staff was overall great, helpful. rooms are pretty outdated but not bad for being pet friendly, although bathrooms could use some upgrade and cleaning I didn’t take any photos as I was not going to complain, but toilets were hairy and broken flush handles. Bathtub wasn’t very clean either. bed was comfortable itself, pillows the worst ever possible.
Pool area was disgusting, have not noticed any maintenance, even the next morning hot tub water was covered with I’m not sure what
Sauna was dirty. Water in the pool all cloudy…
They had decent breakfast, that area was clean and tidy.

Pool and hot tub were horribly dirty. We would have been very upset had our kids wanted to swim. Rooms were clean enough. There were a couple of areas of improvement such as a dirty window curtain and soap scum build up in the shower. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Lots of variety and lots to eat. Staff were pleasant.

The location was convenient. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The room could use an update, it was very clean and comfortable but it looked a bit dated in our opinion. The doors needed adjusting ( including ours) which led to hearing a lot of slamming noises on our floor.
