The experience and service was awsome. The room was very clean. The only thing i have found in our room is the shower handle has just a bit pressure, not that much otherwise..everything was perfect.

Everything was good, the only downside was that the television at the entrance to the suite did not work. The power cable was missing. The TV in the room worked perfectly.

We missed housekeeping for 2 days because we stayed in the room for two mornings and went out after 2 pm. Overall, the hotel is clean and comfortable.

Disappointed that we couldn’t stay there because they’re not pet friendly. I didn’t realize this until the day we were on the way there and called about the room. They recommended we call the Holiday Inn but would not allow a refund or partial refund. Unfortunately, even though we’ve stayed at other pet friendly Le Dauphin hotels, we probably won’t stay with this chain ever again.

the Hotel is in a good location. The room was nice, bed very comfortable. The heating system was not working properly also the sink is good for only tall people...
In general I had a good stay.

Smell nice,no humidity as many others hotels in winter and not cigarette smell either.
