Our experience was amazing!! The room was clean. The front desk woman who checked us in was friendly. However the obnoxious gentlemen who was literally screaming and playing with another woman’s child while she checked in, was annoying and not what I wanted to be welcomed with the moment we entered the hotel. Also it is 2023 the bar was closed upon arrival and did not stay open past 9….

Overall, a wonderful experience at the Last Hotel. Cons: inconsistent staff kindness/helpfulness. Like so many places right now, they seem to be understaffed and some employees handle that load better than others. We experienced quite an outburst from one valet employee but noted that most are trying to be as helpful as possible with what they have. There also were only a handful of rooms ready by check-in, but they let us use their pool in the meantime. Pros: Awesome pool - great view. Our room??? Stunning! We felt spoiled and slept like babies. Truly beautiful renovations, great craftsmanship and fun personality. Hotel felt safe even in the midst of a louder part of town with a rough nightlife. Tip: it’s expensive but pay for valet. They were prompt in their service, the gated lots nearby don’t have in and out privileges, and you’ll want to keep your car off the street overnight.

The Last Hotel is a nice average hotel that looks great online but in reality it's a bit run down. The old architecture is really neat, but the flooring when exiting the elevator to the rooms had spots all over it where drinks were spilled. The website said that there was a cafe on site, but there isn't. There is only a bar. The bedroom was clean, but the box springs on both queen beds were cracked and broken. My bed actually had a slant due to the broken box spring. Staff was very nice though and very helpful.

I did not appeciate the fact that the bar in the lobby closed before 9:30 on Saturday night, and early on Friday night. I that was ridiculous, and cost the hotel a five star rating.

Staff was Awesome!!! Only concern was not enough towels in room for two people. But the staff was great at making things correct.

Our friend got married here so there must be something to like here. I stayed here twice and its good. Staff is amazing. Very supportive. Hotel is newish and modern but the area and parking is not ideal. The room is modern and not bad for the Midwest lol

Our stay was really nice. I thought "the paying more to get in and out privileges of the garage" vs valet was different. But our stay wasnt long. The hotel and the staff was really nice. The room and the view was very nice also. I didnt like that there was only one set of towels in the room. Overall it was a nice stay. The bed was comfortable as well. I would stay again.

I have never stayed in a hotel where the entire staff was so nice, welcoming, and friendly. They took care of our ever need. It is walkable to most things downtown, even though downtown St Louis isn’t the safest place. We did see a lot of police patrolling the area. Restaurants close by and it’s 10 blocks from the convention center and is an easy walk. I would stay here again and again.

Very convenient to the City Museum. There was ample street parking available. There was some street noise despite being on the 9th floor, the hotel does provide ear plugs.

First and most important, the staff at this hotel were AMAZING. The valet was absolutely the best as well as the front desk clerk. That said, those poor folks were doing 2-3 jobs each day. I wish they could move from this run down city and find better work. They are great people. The listing for the Last Hotel is VERY misleading. This hotel was severely understaffed. The bar was closed upon check in, the restaurant is closed indefinitely. The neighborhood is very noisy and unsafe, and I mean not safe at all. I will say the hotel has an amazing work out room and has the potential to be very upscale. It is obvious this place is on the verge of shutting down. Kirkland brand waters in the rooms, the cheapest shampoo and conditioner I have ever seen, under staffed, not very clean, the doors being locked to the place during regular business hours due to safety of the neighborhood. Unless somethings change, I don't think I will return to this facility. But I do commend the staff- they were beyond amazing, friendly and helpful!

Lots of noise in the area. Parking is expensive, rooms nice and clean but ceilings not finished. Restaurant was closed but overall a decent place for the price

Everything was nice employees where very professional only thing when I checked into the room the toilet was dirty other than that the hotel was lovely.

The tv didn’t work and no one could figure out how to make work, also they don’t have the restaurant that they advertise in the amenities.

All was good. The Valet was very knowledgeable and attentive. The Last Hotel. Won’t the last time I stay here. This is a do over.
