This is a nice hotel with a large breakfast area and convenient 24/7 shuttle service. The staff is also superb. My one frustration was my room needed the air filter changed, and I left hurriedly before telling them. The main area did not upset my allergies. Almost perfect.

I booked a room with king bed. At check in wasn't told king not available, I questioned when signing the admitting form. Employee advised "oh too many people must have booked king rooms so that's all we have, but we won't charge you more." Zero apologies.

From the time that we checked in everything went smoothly. The hotel was very clean. The staff was very helpful. The hotel offered on site laundry which was really helpful for us.

I stay here every time I come to town I was disappointed that someone wrecked my car in the parking lot. Other than that I’m pleased with the hotel itself

The staff was aloof and distant. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken. The air-conditioning unit was falling apart. It was as if she was trying to give me the worst room they had. Will never stay there again and will not recommend to anyone
