Very clean, very friendly staff.
Hotel getting old, but still recommendable.
Carpets in the rooms shouldn't be anymore - therefore a point deduction.
Breakfast buffet very good.
The dinner also, but priced too high in my opinion.
If I stayed for several days, I would therefore go out to eat.

Very hospitable reception. Nice hotel with all the amenities of a 4 star hotel, including a beautiful swimming pool.
Large spacious room with very nice bathroom. We also had access to a large terrace. The view to the mountains is also formidable. In short, this hotel is highly recommended.

We spent New Year's Eve in ST Moritz, at this beautiful and welcoming hotel. The gentleman at the reception was very kind, the rooms are nice and spacious, pleasant atmosphere. New Year's Eve dinner was a culinary delight. Thanks to the chefs. Very delicious and tasty food! Congratulations! We will definitely be back. Oh, I forgot, varied and very good breakfast!

Steel toe was good. We were with the group so everything was okay but the exceptional part was the service. We left behind our simple iPhone charger, and we called them up and they arranged to ship it out to us to Zurich just in time, very nicely packed and free of charge. This kind of service that makes people go back

An amazing staying, Mr Bruno is the best! The rooms are big the service is so kind and gentle. The location is perfect. The food is also good The pool is amazing, big and also the Jacuzzi is so nice

A very outdated hotel, really in need of renovation. Not a 4-star hotel for us and a disgrace for Engadine/Swiss tourism. We had three rooms (one okay, two that had been complained about several times because of the smell). Half board with very simple and very cheap dishes, hardly any choice - but well cooked. Breakfast buffet good. Not recommended due to poor price-performance ratio - keep traveling! (I have never rated a hotel so poorly - once is always the first time)

Had to repost due to Tripadvisor, sorry. I actually went in mid-July 2023. I haven't left the 4-star hotel yet, but I feel responsible to report the current situation to future customers. Spacious room, but smelly. We opened the curtain on the balcony and it promptly fell to the floor. Some electrical wires dangled waiting for a lamp. Very dirty carpet everywhere. Breakfast: DESOLANT!!!! Aside from the quality, the drink machines didn't even work. At the reception they told us: sorry, we will take care of it. SHAME! SHAME!

nous avions pris une chambre supérieure avec balcon ou terrasse. on nous a donné une chambre au rez de chaussée, avec vue latérale sur les garages et même en se penchant à la balustrade de la terrasse, on ne voyait la montagne qu'à travers de grands sapins. Nous avons voulu changer, mais ils ont refusé, plus de place. Nous avons donc passé 3 nuits avec les rideaux fermés puisque la vue était simplement horrible...le tout pour plus de 500 euros la nuit, c'est assez scandaleux. si on y ajoute que la bouteille d'eau n'était même pas renouvelée tous les jours, obligés d'en acheter une au bar le soir avant de regagner sa chambre, franchement c'est abuser. La piscine est sensée être réservée aux parents avec enfants entre 16h00 et 17h30, le reste du temps, le calme est demandé, ce qui est une utopie, les enfants jouant à toute heure....bref...décevant.
