Wonderful hotel! Ut, atmosphere, service, staff attitude,comfort,room,food.... Well absolutely everything was perfect! Your stylish design repair, cozy half-dark lobby and halls with pleasant flavors. The rooms are fresh,nothing is scratched,all is neat and fresh. All the necessary ingredients are available: dresses, showers and sewing sets,everyday,if necessary. A very pleasant surprise was the early settlement: although I arrived at about nine o'clock in the morning, my room was already ready and I was immediately set. Here was written about the scarce breakfasts, which is very strange to me. Of course, it is not kilometers of the Swedish table as in Turkey, but nonetheless anyone will find food for its taste: yoghurt,treature,cashi,cache,omlets,etc,except that champagne has not been offered. A worthy coffee machine with different options. If you are completely mad, you can certainly find shortcomings: for example, the water is badly down in the bathroom, slowly work cards in the castles, there is no cosmetic mirror in the toilet, the unrational location of the switches and the roofs near the bed, but these are such trimmings, who cannot dimly stay in such a cozy place. Ech liked that the streams were literally dissipated - you practically don't meet with staff or other guests. That's what creates a sense of comfort like home. And the location is also a pleasant eye: in a small street opposite Fontanka, from the windows of the room to the street was a summer garden and river, to the center of the minutes 20 walking steps. In general, solid 10 points and my unambiguous recommendations. Thank you for a great rest!

Ванная с волосами на стене от прежних жильцов, в номере 2 бутылки воды по 0,33 в пластмассе и приходится реально выпрашивать дополнительную воду, до Рецепшин из номера дозвониться невозможно, ни от кого невозможно добиться утюга и губок для ухода за обувью. На рецепшин утром, вечером и ночью нет ни одного сотрудника. Пришлось ждать 5 минут, чтобы кто-то появится в холле из персонала. На весь холл первого этажа раздается смех (вернее, ржать) персонала, который должен быть на рецепшин круглосуточно. Портье видели только 1 раз, который стоял внутри за стеклянной дверью, двери он не открывал и не помогал войти с чемоданами. Проживали 6-8 января 2023г

Stayed at this wonderful hotel for three nights . Love the location , interior . Very friendly and helpful staff , we were offered an early check in , complimentary beverages . I had heard very good feedback about this hotel and saw the nice pictures on the website. Rooms looked great, and I was looking forward to staying there. Unfortunately I did not know that the hotel has renovated and unrenovated rooms which are not only awful but also very very small. When I arrived, I was given a tiny room with shabby furniture that looked like it was from 1985. Never before have I been to a hotel where pictures and reality were further apart. Unfortunately the hotel seemed fully booked so that I could not change the room. I left the next morning to move to another hotel. I must say that such inconsistency in the quality of the rooms is a sign of a poorly managed hotel. Such rooms should be renovated, not offered at high prices to guests who will inevitably be disappointed. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel. There are so many better options in St. Petersburg.

I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. Highly recommending if you are looking for hotels in St Petersburg. Thank you so much Akyan and looking forward to seeing you in the future.

When I booked, I had a bad review and a little hesitant. The actual stay was quite good. The location is quite close to the train station and Neva Street, belonging to the city center. The reception was also very warm and stayed for two nights. The room for me was with a small balcony, which was a small surprise. Breakfast can be delivered to the room or to the bar on the first floor. One person is also very careful. The only thing that feels not very good is that there is a step to carry luggage up the door. The biggest plus of the hotel is its location. Two stops at the metro and we are in the center of Nevsky. Station right in the hotel building. Breakfasts are delicious but not hot. No heating. In the room everything is available. Why is that only 19 channels on TV. Bed and towels are snowy. Pillows, blankets. Cleaning in 3 days was never once, twice had to ask the maid to pick up the garbage. Question to the hotel administration: Why are the slugs fenced the parking place opposite the main entrance and do not pass the taxi. With heavy baggage you have to go to the slugs. Please correct this misunderstanding. Response issues are resolved quickly. The view from the room to Neva, who is unlucky - to the inner courtyard. The hotel is huge, the corridors are long. Завтраки сытные и вкусные, кофе-волшебный... Хочу выразить огромную благодарность всем сотрудникам ”Гранд отеля Чайковский”, сказать большое спасибо за внимание и чуткое отношение.

Such a pleasant service I haven't met for a long time! I love confidence, so I called to clarify the booking immediately after the booking and the day before arrival. Every time on the phone I was spoken to by a wonderful Victoria, who patiently assured me that everything is fine, what we are waiting for, and how we will be happy. When I last called, she even clarified whether we loved silence, and specially prepared a room with windows in the yard where it was quieter. When I arrived, we were met with a smile, everything showed-told, even settled a little earlier. We had breakfast included and I am very glad we chose such a option. There were several dishes for choice, and some were cooking directly for us. At the same time water, lemonade, tea and soluble coffee were free for all visitors at any time. A couple of times Victoria just so gave me a blink - to try, as it turned out, Victoria was always ready to help, to tell and even just to support the conversation - such a pleasant, smart and well-known interlocutor will not always meet. Later, I left Natalia's vacation, Victoria's mother, and with her we found a common language at once. I had the feeling that I was in the guest of good relatives. I recommend this place with all my hands and feet - soulier I have never settle down. You can see how much people with a soul work.

When we first arrived at the hotel, we could see the restricted area of the lobby so I thought the rooms would be small. Turns out I was wrong, the lobby may be small but the rooms are big and sophisticated. The variety of food on the room service is limited but there are restaurants on the area. This hotel is not located right in the city center but it is quite close to the main attractions. By walking for 1-2 minutes we can reach the bank to exchange money, supermarket, restaurants and Watsons. We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay immensely.
