Considered and fulfilled all wishes! There is a small closed parking, a car seat has been reserved. Elevator. A beautiful cozy room, quite quiet - sleep with open window, very clean, daily changed bedding, capsule coffee machine, teapot, drinking water, non-alcoholic drinks and candy are included in the cost of the room. In the bathroom too everything is perfect - brushes-pasta, urine, coats, slippers - everything you need and even more ... Very recommend breakfast! Start the morning with a glass of sparkling and something very delicious (menu on 2 pages) .... fresh juice, good coffee and ... you smile))) which can be pleasant!!! Thank you very much, we liked it very much!!!

Wonderful hotel! Ut, atmosphere, service, staff attitude,comfort,room,food.... Well absolutely everything was perfect! Your stylish design repair, cozy half-dark lobby and halls with pleasant flavors. The rooms are fresh,nothing is scratched,all is neat and fresh. All the necessary ingredients are available: dresses, showers and sewing sets,everyday,if necessary. A very pleasant surprise was the early settlement: although I arrived at about nine o'clock in the morning, my room was already ready and I was immediately set. Here was written about the scarce breakfasts, which is very strange to me. Of course, it is not kilometers of the Swedish table as in Turkey, but nonetheless anyone will find food for its taste: yoghurt,treature,cashi,cache,omlets,etc,except that champagne has not been offered. A worthy coffee machine with different options. If you are completely mad, you can certainly find shortcomings: for example, the water is badly down in the bathroom, slowly work cards in the castles, there is no cosmetic mirror in the toilet, the unrational location of the switches and the roofs near the bed, but these are such trimmings, who cannot dimly stay in such a cozy place. Ech liked that the streams were literally dissipated - you practically don't meet with staff or other guests. That's what creates a sense of comfort like home. And the location is also a pleasant eye: in a small street opposite Fontanka, from the windows of the room to the street was a summer garden and river, to the center of the minutes 20 walking steps. ROOMS: very spacious and bright. Big and comfortable bathroom with a shower. Everything is very clean and cozy: bathrobes, slippers and small everyday staff like vanity kit are provided for guests. Soundproof is good, but sometimes you can hear some noise (not so loudly). We found some welcoming fruits on the table, which was very nice. There are also rooms with the view on Isaakiy cathedral. LOCATION: excellent location right in the city center, 2min walk to Isaak cathedral. FOOD: good and nutritious breakfast is included: eggs, vegetables, fruits. Cereals, fruits and different drinks are available for breakfast as well. FACILITIES: good and fast wi-fi, terrace with a view, restaurant, gym and spa, business center. There is also ATM machine inside the hotel and you can use one of the hotel’s umbrellas when it rains. STAFF: very polite and helpful.

Ванная с волосами на стене от прежних жильцов, в номере 2 бутылки воды по 0,33 в пластмассе и приходится реально выпрашивать дополнительную воду, до Рецепшин из номера дозвониться невозможно, ни от кого невозможно добиться утюга и губок для ухода за обувью. На рецепшин утром, вечером и ночью нет ни одного сотрудника. Пришлось ждать 5 минут, чтобы кто-то появится в холле из персонала. На весь холл первого этажа раздается смех (вернее, ржать) персонала, который должен быть на рецепшин круглосуточно. Портье видели только 1 раз, который стоял внутри за стеклянной дверью, двери он не открывал и не помогал войти с чемоданами. Проживали 6-8 января 2023г

I have stayed at this hotel for 17 days and honestly God it's an amazing one for the price and the quality we paid for. Centrally located on a quite Vostanya street. The room 328 was amazing and the amentias are top. Breakfast is very good with a variety of everything from coffee to Eclairs. Workers were soo friendly and helpful anywhere; Biggest kudos go to the cleaning ladies who do such an amazing job with a smile on their face. Highly recommending if you are looking for hotels in St Petersburg. Thank you so much Akyan and looking forward to seeing you in the future.

The room was clean as well as the bathroom. Mrs. Zarina, discreet and gentle, is not very close to the Ermitage, but with the Gorskaya metro at 700 metres, it is easily reached. On the trail to the Gorskaya metro there are several bars where to make a good breakfast. I moved a lot with the metro. But to see St Petersburg you need to walk, walk and walk. The city has a particular atmosphere. And K2 is just in an ”antique” area of St Petersburg. Thanks to all staff at K2.

Посетила данный отель в мае 22г. Прибыла раньше времени заселения, но меня заселили сразу, т.к номер был уже убран. Номер маленький, уютный, чистый, на одного, абсолютно достаточный для человека приехавшего отдыхать и гулять по Питеру! Были вопросы по шторам (не подходили по размеру окна, в номер попадал уличный свет) и обогревателю (в мае прохладно))) - по звонку на рецепшен всё было заменено и предоставлено. В пакет были включены завтраки - очень вкусные, разнообразные и сытные (стол шведский). Всё дни кушала с удовольствием! Главное достоинство отеля - его расположение! Оно идеально! Всё в шаговой доступности - Дворцовая площадь, Спас на крови, разведение мостов, Петропавловская крепость.. За всё время отпуска общественным транспортом пользовалась пару раз, т.к до всего можно дойти пешком.

Останавливалась на 3 дня в начале августа в стандартном номере на 3 этаже.Сначала плюсы- расположение отличное , рядом станция метро Горьковская, парк , множество магазинов и кафе. Сам отель очень симпатичный,чистенький, приветливые сотрудники , в номере много всего нужного : холодильник, сейф, кондиционер, чайная станция, кофемашина , микроволновка. посуда, утюг и гладильная доска , даже фильтр для воды , отличное решение зеркало во весь рост на входной двери, в ванной также много нужных вещей . А теперь минусы - здесь все в отзывах нахваливают кафе , а нам не понравилось, может просто не повезло . В первый день приезда взяли карточки на завтрак для постояльцев отеля ( завтрак стоил 650 р) на выбор можно взять две позиции и напиток. Сырники были крошечные и непрожаренные , заказали еще два круассана , официант почему то принес один круассан и одну подсохшую непонятную масляную булку что то буркнул и ушел, выпечка тоже была невкусная . Кофе неплохой . На следущий день решили быстро позавтракать перед экскурсией, спросили официанта сколько по времени нужно ждать кашу и кофе, сказал полчаса , нас это тоже не устроило , ушли в рядом находящийся Волконский и там быстренько позавтракали . Хотелось бы конечно чтобы в отеле был обычный шведский стол или бы заранее записывали постояльцев кто что будет .Но ресторанный дворик очень симпатичный , очень приятно посидеть . Дальше , телевизор очень странно работал, сначала не включался , вызывали девушку с ресепшен, оказывается надо перед включением вынимать шнур , ждать минуту и опять вставлять , тогда работал, так 3 дня вынимали и вставляли)) Ну и самое последнее , когда выбирала отель мне очень понравилось в номере окно увитое плющом, это очень красиво. Но надо было подумать что и насекомых это окно манит)) Итог- наши 3 ночи превратились в пытку, нас зажрали комары , хотя и пришлось ночью закрыть окна , пошли купили репеленты, но и они совершенно не помогли, 3 ночи не спали и уехали все покусанные . Пожалуйста , поставьте сетку на окна ! Это должно спасти положение . Вот как то так , а в остальном все очень мило

They came for a few days to walk on Peter, to rest from the northern winter and to crawl in times when they were young, studied in institutions and irrespectively rolled on Nevsky.
