一般般，一個小房間就700多，除了床特別大，也沒啥了，感覺像國內小賓館😌不過房間內裝修還可以，而且離聖以撒和滴血教堂，喀山教堂很近，可以city walk，在大街上，很好找，不過門頭比較小，進了門，還要再進一個門，直走才到前台，拍照一般

Check-in - it was very smooth and quick and the room was allotted as described
Hotel: very clean, Proper COVID precautions, the surroundings were very clean, toilets very clean, hotel areas were very clean.
Rooms: clean room with clean bathrooms. Amenities are of very good quality with Nespresso and separate tea or coffee maker
Staff: reception staff are courteous and very helpful.
Cleaning and housekeeping - staff is very courteous and helpful and thank you for the B'Day Fruit platter
Area- 5 min walk to winter palace, next to Nevsky 1 . Basically it’s located 2 min from Nevsky 1. The closest supermarket Spar is approx 1 km. The closest metro is 2 km. 2km to Gostinyy Dvor, 50 min approx to Louis Vuitton n other brands. Please note all these distances are by walking.
Taxi- rail terminal to the hotel - 700 for hatchback it’s 2.5 km normally 15 min max, hotel to the airport: 1700-2000 via Yandex minivan. It takes 1-2 hr if u go from normal roads and via toll, it will take 60 min. If u r using the Yandex click the option so that the driver can’t charge you extra which is expensive. Metro - u can take passes for 1-2-3 days as per ur requirements Note - rooms are very good to take anything. Restaurants: try the Italian next to the hotel, tandoor Indian restaurant next to the hotel. Italy restaurant, mama-roma , pita’s, subway Advice: For Spar supermarket get there card issued for 5 ruble to get a good discount on a lot of things

Отель великолепный. Начиная от встречи на ресепшн и поселении, решении всех проблем и ответов на все вопросы. Горничные потрясающие: уборка безупречная, чистота в номере, посуда на кухне чистейшая, приятно жить в таком номере. К тому же горничные очень внимательны. В номере есть все, для комфортной жизни. Постоянно пополняемая вода, чай-сахар и мыльные принадлежности. Потрясающе удобный матрац, давно так хорошо не спала. окна выходили во внутренний двор, было очень тихо спать. Хочу поблагодарить горничных 3 этажа, отлично выполняют свою работу. Очень понравился внутренний дворик, где можно спокойно посидеть-покурить, никому не мешая и комфортно. Еще раз хочу поблагодарить всех сотрудников гостиницы, было невероятно приятно и комфортно отдохнуть

Отель уютный, чистый. Было комфортно. Все в рабочем состоянии, сантехника хорошая, кровать очень удобная. Было жарко ночью ( но это субъективно). Завтрак прекрасный- Было все очень вкусно и разнообразно, еда качественная и сервис на высоте. Очень дружелюбный и приятный в общении персонал. Молодцы

В Петербурге бывали неоднократно, но в Пётр отеле первый раз. В вашем ЗАМЕЧАТЕЛЬНОМ отеле отдыхали с 3.01.2024 - 7.01.2024. Впечатления - ВОСТОРГ, одним словом))) Спасибо за гостеприимство, было комфортно, как дома))) Отдельная благодарность горничной, милая, добродушная, улыбчивая... Безупречная чистота, чистое бельё))) Вода, капсулы для кофемашины и т.д., ждёт вас каждый день))) Единственное, хочется посоветовать вам перевесить зеркало из комнаты в прихожую, к выходу, там оно было бы более кстати. Это конкретно по поводу 403 номера. По итогу нашего пребывания в вашем отеле принято решение, если Перербург, то однозначно Пётр отель))))) С глубоким уважением, Алтайский край, г.Барнаул))))))
