Service, spa, cleanliness, breakfast etc. Everything is fine without complaints. Especially pleased that the pool is really warm, although there are more cool areas. For example, in Terioki spa Zelenogorsk or in Petrgof spa swimming pool is always cool and swimming uncomfortable. Yes, there were other places where we liked more, for example (the nourus spa in Estonia). But this option, without going abroad, is excellent. In general, my subjective opinion 4.8 from 5. Of course there are negative nuances. But it is only nuances. Bed in the room is very narrow, it is certainly not a two-bedroom. If you are a young couple and sleep in a hug, it's probably good. In any other case there is no. Very, very close. Horribly inconvenient pillows. The head is not held at all. On this negative nuances for us have ended. I won't write all the pluses.
