I’ll start with the part It was very clean and has a good location near a metro station and the centre Now the negative The breakfast was terrible who puts tuna between two waffles? None of the electronics in the room worked properly tv turned ok and could only be controlled by the buttons on the tv itself. The ac could only be turned on and not be Controller in any way so it’s always on one temperature plus the were buttons missing on the remote. That’s why we needed to open the windows and that caused an army of mosquitoes to move into our room and made the nights a horrible experience. The beds were also very cheap and even broke down. I needed to ask to get some toilet paper because we got only one roll at the start and with a 4 head family that goes away easily especially with the thickness of the paper.

Хозяева подобных заведений качают деньги из воздуха! Центр - и этим завлекают! За достижения выдают норму! А именно. 1. Транспортная доступность( 10 минут хода от метро). 2. Необшарпанный номер. 3. Тапки, шампунь, гель, мыло. 4. Кулер, кофемашина, чай-сахар, холодильник, СВЧ, набор посуды для еды( не для готовки). 5. Персонал адекватный. Т.е., ничего выдающегося! Минусы. 1. Стены картонные! Слышно, как ходят за стеной и гремят посудой на общей миникухне! 2. Шум на улице с раннего утра до глубокой ночи! Машины едут, люди говорят! 3. Духотища - кондея нет! Окно откроешь - шум! Спать - невозможно! 4. Подушка маленькая, мягкая до нельзя. Опереться - невозможно! Кресло с низкой спиной - читать, сидеть неудобно. 5. Интернет глючный - 2 палки из 4! А это немаловажно! 6. Завтрак в цену не входит! Накануне можно заказать( блины, сырники, яичницу) за 450! За что? 7. Нормального магазина рядом нет. Более- менее 1 - минидикси - метров в 500! Для кого-то это все маловажно, но для большинства - огромные минусы! Мелочи, влияющие на общее качество! Мой вывод - не рекомендую!

Главное достоинство отеля - цена/качество. За сопоставимые деньги на невском можно жить только в подвале или чердаке. а тут центр города, достойный отель (сделаный в классическом доме, в котором выкупили всю парадную) за скромную цену. ресторана нет, есть кухонька на этаже, где можно и самому себе что-то сообразить из еды. ну и в доступе чай/кофе/вода. а завтраки привозят из ресторана. Что понравилось - сотрудники, которые старались исполнить все запросы. притязательному туристу может показаться, что уровень гостиницы невысок, но в целом все достойно, и точно стоит своих денег

Приветливый персонал,сориентировали с парковкой!(рядом парковка 400 р -сутки) Кофе ,чай ,сахар бесплатно на втором этаже. В номерах холодильник,чайник,тапочки! Поудобнее хотелось бы кровати и подушки!!!! Номер стандарт -5,200 4500-красная цена! Девочки администраторы очень вежливые и приветливые! Всем спасибо!!
