酒店門面和前台很小，內裏很温馨，沒有電梯，但服務人員會幫忙提大箱子，50%的服務人員英語很好，不用擔心。
房間方正整潔小而美，木門木地板，非常具有歐陸風格，空調雖然垂直於床，但可以調到ultra quiet，真·靜音模式，晚上睡得很好。
訂的是含早大床房，每天可以選不同的搭配，room service送到房裡，服務很貼心。

非常好，我是十一去聖彼得堡旅遊，在攜程上看到這家，性價比還不錯就定了，去了之後感覺一切都超出預期，我本來以為是快捷酒店，結果是個四星級酒店，大家都很友好，在異國他鄉住這麼一家店還是非常舒心的，而且房間也比較大，經常賴床到下午一點才出門，雖然我英語稀爛，但是店裡和我交流的人也沒有不耐煩，非常非常的nice,有朋友想去聖彼得堡玩會推薦這家酒店的！

在預訂的時候看評論有差評還有點猶豫，實際入住感受還蠻不錯的。地點離火車站和涅瓦大街蠻近的，屬於市中心了。前台接待也非常熱情，住了兩晚。給我的房間是帶小陽台的，算是小驚喜了。早餐提前預約可以送到房間或是到一樓吧枱用餐。一人一份也是挺用心的。唯一覺得不太好，進門有個台階行李要提上去，電梯非常小，不過這也是因為老建築的原因。房間裝飾也不差，而且房間面積也不算小，個人還是很推薦的。

避坑！唯一的優點是地段好。交通便捷。除此之外，無一是處。我們住了兩晚，感受如下：
衞生：從傍晚到第二天中午，整個電梯間瀰漫著刺鼻的臭味，不是一陣一陣的，而是每一層樓的電梯間和樓梯，每分每秒全是惡臭。極致的臭。比泔水還臭。
設施：平台寫的豪華房帶陽台，我是因為有陽台才訂的房，結果沒有陽台。前台跟我説房型也不屬於豪華。四星級酒店沒有燒水壺，沒有茶包。
服務：臭成這樣了，我也不指望有什麼服務。

來之前很忐忑 結果酒店乾淨衞生 位置也出奇的好 雖然不是主幹道 但離地鐵站和公交車站都很近的 唯一就是沒有電梯 行李箱自己搬上去有點吃力
