I have booked 3 nights in this hotel, I got sick and provided bills and blood test results to the hotel, asked to cancel booking based on it 1 day in advance , fully or at least part of it, I have tried to call hotel, ask for help in the app, 3 times here on trip.com, also texted hotel , hotel all rejected and didn’t even answer me, asked to provide Sick-leave Certificate in English only, when I have sent all documents from hospital in China, where I can’t get it in English, so, based on my experience, this hotel will do anything and everything to not return you a penny, be careful with this hotel if you have a small chance of your plans change

There were few tourists so it was quiet and relaxing, but on the day I arrived I was talking to a member of staff in the lobby when a homeless man started talking to me in broken Japanese. The next evening I was at the entrance again and asked for money. I got annoyed and yelled "NO" at him, but he refused to follow me. It's scary when there's no security guard around.

It was my first time in Saipan, but I had been interested in it after watching videos on YouTube, so I decided to try traveling there solo. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. I was able to relax and feel at ease. I'll never forget waking up in the morning, opening the curtains, and seeing that beautiful ocean. I definitely want to travel to Saipan again!!

I paid more money to order breakfast here, but the person in charge said there was a communication error and told me to wait, so I waited another day, changed 6 consultants, and had to explain things to them 6 times. The hotel staff were nice, but the company in the middle was really substandard. Pay more money and go somewhere else.

Saipan is my second time! First of all, the location is really great! Joten Mart is right next to the parking lot, so it's safe and convenient to come here late at night to buy things, and T Galleria I Love Saipan, ABC Mart, and other delicious restaurants are nearby, so it's really great! The pool is quiet, so it's really nice, and especially since it's a sunset point, locals come in the evening~ It was really healing and great! The room is big and the bedding is in good condition, but it turned yellow as soon as I showered with the shower filterㅠ And I was really embarrassed that there was no shower gelㅠ There's a razor, comb, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, and toothpaste set, so please refer to those who are staying~ When I stayed, I had a meal and cocktail at Dolphin on the 10th floor at 20% off~ It was really good value for money~ I plan to stay here again next time I come to Saipan~
