I booked 3 nights and then decided to stay 5 nights longer. Quiet, family friendly and run by Thai family place. it was me , my 9 yrs old daughter and my boyfriend and we all agreed that this place was great. Almost everyday we ate at their restaurant and food was great as well - loved chicken burgers. My boyfriend became friends with the owner , when me and my daughter went to bed earlier - they talked and played pool. They were helpful in organizing the day, renting scooter, or just chatting . We rented a scooter to visit the island. It takes about 20 min walking to get to the beach but if you renting the scooter - it takes 3 min. Place is clean and safe. I would recommend this place to everybody - single travelers, families or couples. I hope to return next year. miss you already.

We came to this place after bad experience with one hotel and it was best decision ever. We totally fell in love with this place. We took the highest house which was cute, with double-bed, fridge, A/C, fan and bathroom with shower. We bought ‘breakfast tickets’ for better price. Breakfast was yummy, you can choose between few tasty salt or sweet breakfast plates. Coffee was really good. Whole ‘hotel area’ is really beautiful and also that view, that was breathtaking. Hotel also offers motorbike renting and massages. We used only motorbike rent. The staff was very kind. In the end we got cute magnet and key ring. One day, when we will come back to Ko Lanta, we will definitely live at Cottage Hill. We totally recommend, we were satisfied in every way. 12/10

The young ladies from several hotels took me to watch the sunrise on the day of check-in. I ate at the beach bar and watched the show. They were very enthusiastic. Although the room was not big, the air-conditioning fans were available, but I didn’t see the hair dryer, the hot water temperature was right, and the quilt was only thin. Thin air-conditioning quilt, it feels a bit cold, the hotel is a few minutes away from the beach, it feels not very close, I think the biggest disadvantage of the whole hotel is here, it would be perfect if it is closer to the beach
