Good property but cleanliness need to taken care of. Lighting in room could be better. Perfect ambience for family vacation.

Holiday in Rotana was amazing. I really like this place. We had all inclusive including the Club Rotana service. The food was amazing, place was very friendly and stuff was really nice. Many thanks waiters Ashnaf and Rashmi. They make our stay really amazing

our stay at the Rotana hotel was wonderful. Wonderful beaches, varied food and many attractions. The resort combines 3 hotels. In the all-inclusive option, you can freely use the restaurant, gym, spa, sports such as petanque, volleyball, football, tennis, darts and many others. In the evenings, hotels offer concerts, dance and acrobatic shows, magicians and Michael Jackson / Elvis shows. Very helpful and polite hotel staff. For special tasks, e.g. organizing a proposal or a gala dinner, as well as for every little matter, Sammy will be the best person, whom we warmly greet. Our housekeeper Sabbir took perfect care of our room and prepared cute towel animals, he also helped us find our misplaced room card :) Most of the waiters know basic phrases in each of the languages ​​the guests spoke, so there are no problems with basic communication (special greetings to Anas). Along the promenade on the breakwater you can see colorful fish, dolphins, sea turtles and crabs swimming in the sea. There is also an aqua park with 6 large water slides and several smaller ones for children. There is also a large play area for children. We highly recommend spending your holidays at the Rotana hotel.

Everything here is perfect … I stayed here with my mum and grandma for a whole week and we enjoyed every second … service is flawless ( very kind and responsive ) the food is excellent … ocean is right in front of you and the laguna beach is like heaven on earth …

This is the best hotel with the best beach in Salalah. This was our fourth time here and each time there are changes for the better, for example the entertainment offer has expanded, the buffet at the beach restaurant has appeared as an alternative to the main restaurant. For those who appreciate the opportunity to spend time by the sea, this is ideal. The staff are very friendly but cannot keep up with service during meals, there was a constant shortage of tea spoons at breakfast. The food is well cooked, quite varied. Delicious pizzas prepared on the fly in special ovens in both the main restaurant and the beach restaurant.

Booked a Club Rotana Premium Room with executive lounge access on Agoda. We arrive at the hotel and was asked if we wanted to upgrade to club Rotana and was told that we have no lounge access. I showed the confirmation and agoda site. Hotel adamant they don't have a club lounge and I need to upgrade to All inclusive (By the way I am sitting in the club area typing this). I have checked on Agoda my booking confirmation and the room description on the site today and both have been changed yesterday to junior suite. I believe the hotel has made a mistake with the listing but I should not have to foot the bill. All I needed was what I booked and what is advertised (lunch time snacks and evening drinks in the club lounge that they don't have that I'm sitting in. I'd just like to say that the staff at the hotel are fantastic. PS. The hotel wanted £1080 extra for 7 nights.

Beach resteurant is exelent.The food and service is fantastic The chef Ajay is very kind and deserved on Michelin star.Everyone serving are very profesnal and very nice especialyKashmi,Sujato and Bhaskara stollen our hearts.Sammy was our guardian in Rotana Club.He is very sympathetic and profesional.He organized our 40 mariage aniversary on the beach.It was a very nice suprise for us.Thank you very much Sammy Ula and Janusz from Poland

Wonderful gardens, a big canal with fish, helpful staff members. wide beach with a bar & clean sea. Big vouch for Sabbir ( our cleaner ) everything was spotlessly clean, we have never seen such a service before, you better promote him! No doubt that we will return one day!

We were particularly happy about the restaurant service and food. The cook and the weitress were very nice and profesional . The food was excellent. We hope to come herę NEXT year
