The hotel location is a bit far from salalah city but still u can access easily nearest soft seeing places,restaurants and grocery,the staff are incredible friendly and kind,the hotel room is ok not that spacious,the views are beautiful with gardens & beach the same time .

The hotel is shining as out door facilities but the truth issues you will realize it indoor Old and broken furniture, negative attitude, charges everywhere and no focus on gust satisfaction

The room was clean, also environment was really relaxing. I gotta highlight the employees of hotel. Like Emon, Ann, Sameh and so on. Those people was made this trip perfectly. Also if you like Peking duck, you have to try Silk Road restaurant roast duck. Is much cheaper than Dubai and tastes so so good. Thanks for everyone.

I actually stayed in Juweira hotel (adults only), because Rotana was overbooked. I'm glad that I stay in Juweira - it was calm, clean, food was good without waiting lines. Special thanks to Ann - Rotana's manager, very professional, who helped me with Juweira booking and introducing these hotels area. I had breakfast and lunches in Rotana- It was good, good choice and good food. Hope to come back one day:)

The facility was very large, so on one hand, it offers many amenities (a spa, tennis and paddle courts, beach volleyball, and numerous restaurants), but on the other, it's difficult to find and reach them all. A map would be helpful to clearly show you where to go! The food in the restaurants is quite good, and the people who work there are very knowledgeable and friendly!

A large, green, well-maintained area. At first, everything seems very far apart, but the well-designed layout of the buildings and their placement ensures quick access to everything. The only caveat for those not confident in the water is the waves. This doesn't apply to the hotel's services. It's clean, the linens are good, and you don't have to chase any staff. The food is delicious and fresh, and the wine is decent. I'll likely be back.

Delicious breakfasts, lunches, and dinners. Special thanks to our waiter, Abdelly, who tries to speak the guest's language and understands some Russian. The hotel grounds are very beautiful and spacious. Daily cleaning and towel change. The bed linens and towels are good. Hard beds only. No mosquitoes, they pester you every day at 5:40 PM. The internet is good, works everywhere, and isn't turned off after check-out. Needle towels with a card. Sauna and hammam - access next to the restaurant through the massage section. A shuttle bus runs all evening from 6:00 PM along the Marina to Fonar, Club, and back. Dinner can be booked at any restaurant (a la carte) in the two neighboring hotels. It's a shame there's no one on the staff who speaks Russian. The sea is always rough, making swimming impossible, and the hotel doesn't have its own lagoon. We offered a private beach (premium card) in the lagoon for an additional fee of 59 riyals per day.

I stayed for three days and two nights and didn't meet a single Asian person... This is amazing in this era. I was eating at the restaurant next door and chatting with the owner. A Czech who had been to Xiamen for three years said that he could meet about 10 Chinese people every year. They were all Europeans, and there were almost no Americans. Many people couldn't speak English when communicating. The resort is very large, with good check-in service. There is a shuttle bus to the room and introduce the park and activities. There is a free water park to go to, but it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. There are also some other activities. The resort is connected to the surrounding villa park and is very large.
