Hostal Mindanao

We came from staying in public hostels on the Camino de Santiago and I can guarantee that the worst one of all the ones we stayed in is a thousand times better than this Horrible hostel! I don't recommend it at all

The worst hostel I've ever been to! Humidity, sagging ceilings, dirty room, no blankets, very old and worn furniture, dirty lamps, plastic flowers in the room with two fingers of dust... in short, something not to be repeated. The common facilities are somewhat of the same. I wonder if health does not carry out inspections on this type of accommodation, because it is to close it.

The best thing about this hostel is its LOCATION, it is close to the historic center and you can see everything on foot. It has a parking lot next door as well as a supermarket or park as well as bars and restaurants. As for the hostel, it is basic, very simple. We went in April and had no problems with the cold. In our case it seemed clean and the time we were there, which was four days, they cleaned it. The beds are not very comfortable. You will never see anyone at reception and the vending machines were empty. It's a shame that they don't get more out of it and modernize it a little.

We had a reservation for 3 nights and we left having spent one. The hostel is miserable, as soon as you enter the reception it's half dark, everything is full of hair, the entire building smells like food, etc. They make you pay cash before entering the room. As we entered the room the bed with broken legs. They change our room to a “better” one. We spent the night, and in the morning we couldn't shower because there was no hot water. Nobody at the reception. A woman tells us that on Sundays it is difficult for the owner to be there, but thanks to her we manage to get the owner to come. We tell him that we want to leave, he gives us the money back for the two remaining nights and as he is managing it, another person calls him on the phone and tells the cleaning lady to clean our room, that new guests are coming and he is going to put them there... A disaster and little foundation. The location saves you.

Muy buen y céntrico Hostal en el corazón de Salamanca con unas habitaciones sencillas pero funcionales y la verdad sea dicha muy limpias y prácticas. La chica de recrpción un encsnto de amabilidad y profesionalidad la verdad que quien piense aloj**** en Salamanca en un sitio céntrico y a buen precio este es el establecimiento ideal

Super hostal a precio perfecto, los nuevos dueños le han reformado todo y han cambiado la imagen 100 por 100. Quizá calidad precio puede ser top en Salamanca por las veces que hemos ido y los sitios que hemos estado. Localización muy buena y atención al cliente perfecta.
