Nice, modern and clean hotel with gym, pool and spa. Friendly and efficient staff. Walking distance to both Portaventura World and Salou.

Not one to do reviews.. But this time I had too. First of all the hotel itself is lovely, it’s done up modern, the beds are so comfortable, had the best sleeps :) The food - We went half board, you can choose breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner each day your choice! There is something to choose for everyone . The staff - The men behind the cafeteria bar were fun and friendly (can’t remember names ) The ladies on snack bar - Not so friendly :( be nice if they smiled, again I won’t say names .. David in restaurant was amazing, we loved him really funny and friendly with us- But the king of the hotel has got to be the entertainment guy JULIO - What can I say, from morning to night this guy smiles, he is full of energy, he makes you want to join in with games around the pool . He took his time with us and sat with us taught us a new card game which we loved, we had a great laugh, we called the card came Julio after him so we can show our family and friends :) also the girl Laia was really bubbly and friendly also very beautiful. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel if anything too see them two ;) Thank you for a great experience guys 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Entertainers of a day was the best part of the hotel, Julio needs a raise he is the most up going happiest person in the whole of salou I’m convinced, constantly got a smile on his face it was contagious, made our family laugh all week. Couldn’t ask for a better member of staff to be apart of a hotel.

15 glorious nights in the hotel Belvedere. From the time we arrived the staff could not help us enough. I had been in contact with Nina to make special requests regarding a walk in shower, parking and charging of a double mobility scooter and a room with a pool view. We arrived late morning and was greeted by Nina who checked and told us that our room was ready and we could go straight in. All the references regarding the location of the hotel and the facilities are all correct. The rooms are fitted with 2 queen size beds so before we arrived i asked Nina if it would be possible to take out 1 of the beds to give us more floor space. This was arranged for us. My only criticism regarding the rooms is that they have little in cupboards and shelving to put your clothes on. The room was attended to by the maid every day we were there. We unpacked and asked where we might get something to eat as we had only booked bed and breakfast. Nina gave us an area map and pointed out nearby places to eat. We explored the hotel sauna and spa which are free and then decided to have a couple of drinks from the pool bar before going out. The pool area was spotless with plenty of sun loungers. There were also entertainment staff who were up for a laugh. The following day the mobility scooter arrived and we went into the town. It was my partners birthday while we were away so i gave her the birthday card i had brought with me. she put this on the shelf by the TV and we went out. When we arrived back at our room later that day i noticed a bottle of bubbly beside the card. I went and spoke to Nina who told me it was free from the hotel. We were very touched by this gesture. We told nobody about her birthday, The maid must have saw the card and informed the management. Thank you. This hotel is in a excellent location with staff that are prepared to put themselves out to make your stay pleasant. We are planning a return stay again next year. If i could give this hotel 6 stars i would.

Stayed here from 3/12 April. Have stayed here previously loved it then and still loved it second time round. We arrived really early on 3rd April an expected our room not to be ready as it does state check in at 2pm. Reception staff were lovely an let us out our luggage behind the reception and told us to come back in a couple of hours. To kill a bit of time we went to the Dubliner for breakfast which was really nice a staff were lovely too. At about 12pm we went back to reception a room was still not ready but the lady checked for any rooms that were available. As we had booked 2 rooms I did mention they didn’t need to be next to each other. However, the lady found two rooms together an let us check in. Rooms were lovely very modern clean an had a little fridge which was great as we were half board. Some reviews say they are small but we found the size fine for us. Maids do come in every day, however, they dont clean the sheets but clean the rooms an give Fresh towels every day. We stayed half board a food was fine. Always found something to eat and when we went wasn’t overly busy so had no queues and food was always hot. There was one guy of a morning who was really lovely and always made the kids pancakes into cats or bears which we thought was a lovely touch and the kids loved it. Always plenty of fresh fruit of a morning too. The pool area is really good especially the little splash pool for the kids, however, the water was sooooo icy that we didn’t spend that much time in the pool. My little boy did he loved it but it was extremely cold. There was a lovely lady lifeguard who was really good with my little boy an niece. She got them to colour her a picture a she put it on her little umbrella stand. Finally onto the animation team what can I say. They were amazing especially Pepita who was amazing with my little boy when he won the hula hoop competition. All the team were amazing and couldn’t do enough for the kids. Brought a smile each and every time we seen them. Overall we absolutely loved our stay here an can’t wait to come back. hoop competition.

Lovely staff, great food in restaurant, entertainment around pool to keep all occupied and fun. Plenty of entertainment for young children. Pepito, Julio especially made it worthwhile. Room very nice for all. Reception staff very helpful.

Cheap break-in a 3 star hotel Rooms Are small and lack of storage so take hangers if you can squeeze them in Your suitcase but we don't spend any time in room but to sleep so we managed Sleept well every night we were front of hotel no noise apart from chairs been dragged across the floor above us Pool Feezing but plenty of kids didn't care and it's April Very deep at end of red slide caught a few kids out who had to be rescued by lifeguard Would suggest signs on slide as a warning also for pool to be divide by a rope with floats as gets deep very quickly from shallow end at the steps No large floats allowed sign on wall to say how big you can have them Swim ring and arm bands ok Kiddie pool splash area is fab again its freezing No ball games in pool lady lifeguard like her whistle! Indoor pool downstairs need to wear a swim cap 3 euros from reception Also a small gym X2 pool tables 2 euros and air hockey 1 euro table football 1 euro Another 2 pool tables in bar Change machine notes only in bar area give euros as change Food We went half board breakfast better than dinner Fresh eggs omelette pancake every morning Usual beans mishrooms bacon sausage but spanish versions so don't expect decent bacon amd sausage Pastries fruit cereal Coffee and fruit juices Dinner I'll be honest hit and miss pizza chips salad fresh warm bread every night Meat veg pallea fish puddings ice cream choc cakes jelly choc fountain one night none of us went hungry No drinks they payable if you buy bottel of wine don't have to drink it all in one go can use next day they put a tag on it Also water is free just ask for the free water its a large jug type bottle Can get busy but it is buffet style Also For what I paid cant grumble Hotel Clean and tidy inside and out staff are great friendly and chatty Cleaning staff lovely Bar staff great table service as well as at the bar Now the animation team they are fabulous great with the kids my son loved them great with the adults too Plenty of entertainment around the pool Morning activities for 2 hours darts jenga shuffleboard football face painting then your left in peace till 4pm for another 2 hours of games Prize for winner is free drink beer coke etc Bingo bango fizzy bottle as a prize we won twice so bonus The staff are great get everyone involed not to pushy Pepito juilo and Rubi are just fab!! 1 of the guys has the best laugh Entertainment at night starts at 9 for the kids usual dance and games Adults starts at 10 pm again usual karaoke bands singers etc Bar price not too bad 2.90 for a beer 7 euro for a cocktail There's s small souvenir shop in hotel Small arcade grab machine and mario kart games Hotel is situated 15 mins walk to portadventura you can see it from hotel Other direction 10 min Walk to the beach Beach is stunning There's a land train around corner from hotel 3 different ones 3 different colour/routes 15 euro for family tickets hour each trip get on/off same stop great way to see

Very good place to stay. Staff are amazing with the customers and pepito is definitely the best. So good with kids and so good with keeping the customers entertained. Builds good relationships with customers and is just a very nice place to stay
