El edificio es hermoso, los cuartos amplios, de fácil acceso, en avenida y con parqueadero.
En reservación nos dieron excelente atención.
Lo único que no nos gustó es que no abren la alberca ya, y en nuestra estancia buscábamos una.
2- Entraron en la mañana a hacer el aceo en el cuarto cuando aún quedaban horas para el check-in , estaban nuestras pertenencias y aún así no se detuvieron en entrar, movieron todas nuestras pertenencias y tendieron las camas!
3- La señora joven de la limpieza muuuuy mirona y metiche, todo quería ver y escuchar! De muy mal gusto, al menos a nosotros nos corrió con la mirada hasta que salimos del hotel.

Un hotel muy viejo y descuidado , las colchas muy viejas y las paredes del baño con machas negras de humedad y lo reservamos para 4 personas y solo habían dos toallas y al pedir las otras dos me comenta el sr de recepción que la habitación solo estaba habilitada para 2 personas y que no tenían más toallas y le dije que no era posible y me dijo pues así es y le dije pero en ningún momento dice que solo fuera para dos personas en su página y me dice pues así es pero pueden estar 4 y no hay más toallas, aparte el control que nos dieron de la tv no funcionó pues las pilas estaban sostenidas con cita y tuvimos que ir a cambiarlo. Muy mal servicio y hotel muy descuidado.

Y cuando llegue solo tenían 3 habitaciones disponibles
Y la persona que nos atendió en recepción se portó muy mal nos levantó la voz y se portó algo grosero entonces dormimos 16 personas amontonados en 3 habitaciones ,
