We love our stay.
Location: very convenient, walking distance to popular landmarks, right next to the river with a lovely walking path. You can park your car for free during weekend, hotel staff can show you paid parking lots during weekdays
Room and facilities: Room is nice and cozy with welcome drink and juice in the minibar. There is a common kitchen area with bridges and dishes where you can cook and even a share your food to others in case you cannot finish. Washing machine is available as well at the basement, you need to pay 5 Euro for the coin and detergent which is okay. I love there backyard garden where they plant lot of trees, flowers and veggies.
Staff: very attentive and helpful. Always greet you with smiles, apples and candies at the reception is a special touch. They have luggage store as well in case you check in early.

The hotel is like dormitory but the location was good just next to train station and 10 mins walk to old town. Rooms very basic but for the price it was good.

The room was spacious and had a microwave and refrigerator. Complimentary drinks were provided. The hotel had a communal kitchen, and the staff were very friendly. The free Salzburg transportation card was very useful.

It's a bit far from the train station, a 15-minute walk, but very close to Mozartplatz. The hotel is right by the river, offering a nice view and a quiet atmosphere. The room was quite large, as was the bathroom. The only downside was that the bathroom floor was a bit slippery when wet, and I nearly fell a few times while wearing shoes. I'm not sure if it was because of my shoes, but I've never had this happen before with these shoes.

Before departure, I booked a ticket from Vienna Airport to Salzburg Central Station and then to this hotel. I went all the way up the mountain and passed almost all the famous attractions in Salzburg. I passed by a chain supermarket, which is also available in China, but I can't remember what it was. I bought a meat patty burger and yogurt for breakfast. It was the first day I arrived, and I had no appetite when I got up because of the jet lag and the long-distance flight on the first day. I walked for an hour and felt that the meat patty burger was great.
