It was cool but the room we got the shower didn't get hot then the did switch out the room but that shower had mold and paint chipping all I can say is maintenance for the bathroom please other than that it was Good

I booked this hotel to visit my son at Air force base in Lackland TX,. And also to use the pool. The facility didn't have the pool working. And my room had a water leak in the bathroom that wasn't even look at. I was told that someone would come to my room and never did. They offered to move me to the 2nd floor. Apparently this hotel is a smoke free facility. But the 2nd floor completely contrary to what is the policy in place. It was worse than the first floor where I was in. So I decided to stay put in my room that I was assigned hoping that one of the days I was booked for They would come and fix my room!! The room wasn't as described on the website. But I learned that this facility definitely will not be in my future reservations. They didn't even offer me a future accommodation. So hopefully someone get to read this and rethink before proceeding with booking this Hotel.

This was a low cost solution for a business trip stay. The rooms are okay and clean. The front desk staff doesn't interact with people well.

Quoted one price on the app and confirmed on printout, but charged $50 more at checkout. And that was separate from the deposit and hotel fees. Bait and switch, I guess.

There was roaches throughout the room, chewed up gum stuck to the side table and AC was not functioning properly.

The hotel room was sub-par. There was only a mirror, and it was in the bathroom. The mirror was also too high for my wife to see her full face from her wheelchair, despite it specifically being an accessible room. There were several places where the wall was coming off, exposing the plywood, and almost the insulation. The tile floor was cracked or missing in several spots as well. The breakfast was limited and not good. It works if you just need a place to lay your head, but definitely not worth over $75/night

Check-in was a breeze, friendly staff. Did not had any carts available for luggage. Shower was clean, toilet had a paper ***** over it (meaning it was sanitized) but when we lifted the lid there was a short hair on the toilet seat. Water does not get really hot in the shower. Towels had yellow stains on them, very noticeable. Bed sheets had yellow and brown stains on them, very noticeable. Parking was very lit at night. Closet doors right behind the main door have mirrors, they have nothing to hold the main door feom hitting them, that's an accident just waiting to happen.
