Very good, will come again later

The hotel decor reminds me of beautiful hotels I stayed in as a child in San Francisco. It is well maintained and has all the amenities I needed. The staff is incredible. They anticipated all my needs, were personable, informative and very helpful. Every single staff member went out of their way to make sure my stay was perfect.

With such excellent service and a fantastic location, you can’t do much better than the Omni. Short walk to Chinatown and all that delicious food. Another short walk to the piers for even more fun. I highly recommend the Omni.

I enjoyed every minute of my stay here. The staff were all extremely helpful, and friendly. I felt very safe staying here and walking around. The location is convenient to freeways as well.

Everyone was so nice and welcoming whenever we walked in the front door. The bellman, front desk, manager on duty were so nice. I like being able to get bottles of water whenever we asked. One note the shower head in room 1528 needs to be adjusted-it was almost hitting the back wall of the bathtub! an adustable head would be nice. Loved the personal note by the cleaning staff as well!

This was the most amazing stay and the staff is above and beyond- they made my stay special and I will absolutely be back!!

Just what I needed: clean, quality at least somewhat upscale, attentive service, just a pleasantly appointed and well serviced experience. Will stay again.

Love the hotel and staff. Only one negative we had the do not disturb sign was up and we had a knock on our door by housekeeper the day we’re going to leave. We had not checked out yet. Other than that our stay was nice.

The service was wonderful. Rico at the front desk had a big smile when we checked in and gave us bottled waters and some umbrellas to use. Ramil at the door was very friendly and offered us easy directions in the city.

I’d definitely stay again. Came for 3 days with my daughter and we loved it. The staff was amazing! They were more than accommodating and very kind. It was also conveniently located to a bunch of fun things to do and a lot of trolleys! I’ll be choosing this hotel again when we come back next month!

The hotel was nice, clean and quiet. Location was in the city of SF, near everything. Will recommend to family.

Very nice hotel with fabulous rooms and service. Great location for restaurants and activities in Chinatown and North Beach.

Wow! I am so grateful for the staff at the Omni Hotel in San Francisco. My entire trip was successful and un stressful due to the entire staff experience at the Omni. The room was clean and comfortable (even changing feather pillows for foam as I am allergic). The accommodations with the restaurant for all meetings (Breakfast, Coffee, dinners or Cocktails) were covered at the hotel. So convenient. THANK YOU!!!
