The six person apartment is part of a luxurious country residence with shared garden, situated in a beautiful hilly, typical Tuscan countryside. It is located at about 800 m from the ancient town of San Giovanni d'Asso.
The apartment is on the first floor, with a private entrance and terrace with stunning views of San Giovanni d'Asso. You can use the garden, the pool and the large Fienile (outdoor kitchen) with has, among others, a deep pizza oven and a barbecue. Guests are allowed to harvest and consume the ripe fruit from the fruit trees and vegetables from the garden. Upon request, a cook can come to the house and prepare delicious Tuscan dishes.
San Giovanni d'Asso includes several picturesque villages (Montisi, Montalifré, Monterongrifoli). The town itself is mostly famous as one of the major finding sites of top quality white and black truffles. It also has a truffle museum, which is located in the medieval fortress of the town. Besides hiking, good food and drinks and visiting museums, you can also go modelling with clay, taste Brunello wines and (in the appropriate season) hunt for truffles, eat truffles or sample olive oil.
