Room was spacious and comfortable. Everyone was wonderful as far as staff went. Originally gave a key to the wrong room but fixed it by coming to us so that was nice. Breakfast was just okay. Was hoping for a little bit better since we paid a little more for the room hoping to be able to eat there before we left each day for tournaments. We opted not to have our room cleaned every day but they did bring us fresh towels when asked. We had heard there were some smashing grabs in the area so we took no chances and basically took everything in but the parking lot did appear well lit and safe.

A lot more than what meets the eye when you first pull in! Rooms were very spacious, breakfast was ok except they didn't have the waffle machine working that was sitting on there on the counter, which was kind of big bummer. They also have a full bar but it was closed for whatever reason and not stocked at all. The breakfast and bar were the main reasons we booked this hotel too. Oh and one last thing, someone at the front desk apparently "accidentally" set off the FIRE ALARM in the entire hotel. At about 1:30AM the fire alarm sirens started blaring. I didn't smell smoke and didn't see or hear any panic when I went outside. I came out of our room and looked down the hallways and there was NO ONE to be found... Searched around (all while deafening sirens are blaring right outside our door) at 1AM and all of a sudden, after about 5 or so minutes of frantically trying to find a fire or anything, the sirens stopped. Extremely confused and also a bit irritated at 2am, we called the front desk after not hearing anything from anyone about if we were in danger or not. They answered finally and we told them that the fire alarm had been going off... The front desk person said "Yes, we know, we took care of it." Like it's a normal occurrence and we should've known I guess... So, confused again, we asked "Sooo, was it just an accident?" And all they replied with was "Yes." Without so much as an apology. And that was that So, be prepared, if staying here, that might happen! Just forewarning. 🤷

not bad. Good service and good location

This property is old and worn. But the room was clean and the bed was good. Breakfast waffles are a definite highlight.

Had a short night between flights and it was convenient and the bed was very comfortable for a short night’s sleep!

Nice hotel; very clean; mostly comfortable, nice staff. My only downer was there was no driver at 9pm to deliver food from the menu; the menu says the restaurant is open past 10pm. Also the person in the room above me stomped around all night, but that's not the hotel's fault. I'll stay here again, but on the top floor!

Could have had better seating like sofa. The two piece keeps separating and was uncomfortable. The tv was too small. It’s 2024 bigger tvs are cheap. You can do better with channel selection

Clean and spacious. Burger King next door. All in all solid spot. Close to the stadium less than a 10 minute drive.

Overall good l, but the first room they gave me had a terrible odor and mold in the closet. I had to request a new room. Service was great. Location is great.

This was our go because you’re able to leave your car there at no cost this time we were notified there was a charge was not mentioned when we scheduled the room. It was complete surprise. It must be under new ownership since our last day because the people weren’t as friendly and cheerful they were like quick and let’s get it down, we will be looking for another place to stay. It’s just not the same as it was. I understand there could be a charge for parking but it must be brought to your attention not hello. Also there’s this charge for you. Thanks for the memories bye

Wonderful stay to which the family really enjoyed. The remote did not work right at first but they sent someone over really quickly to fix it.

This place was the worst. Upstairs neighbor constantly walking around shaking the whole building. Couldn’t sleep.

Property seemed nice on the outside, had issues with things in room not working, housekeeping not regularly done, had maintenance walk in on me a few times, water was shut off for hours. I would not go back to this place.

The king size bed was SO high off the floor I had to jump up on it. I'm 84. Not easy. It was also uncomfortably hard. I think the hotel needs new mattresses. I was there for 2 nights; got no housekeeping service, not even new coffee service. If the hotel's policy is no service for a 2 night stay, then please leave enough coffee pods for both nights.
