Most disgusting place I’ve ever stayed at! I booked this thru air bnb & I did not expect it to be this bad! Straight up filthy! Stained couches & furniture, pillows etc. Window wouldn’t close making it extremely loud. The bathroom door wouldn’t close so had no privacy using it! Mold on the ceiling. Hair all over the floor. Wires sticking out the wall. No wifi no tv. I paid $630 for 3 nights and this was worth about $40 back home in Detroit. Wouldn’t send my mother in law here!

don't stay here! no one will help you if your room is bad, or if it isn't clean (which it isn't). the traffic blasts by your skull every night. You can only text the management, and they don't respond. These people don't understand hospitality, There is no way to drop off your bag. And as mentioned, no one will help you

The place is filthy. The place is loud, and there is no staff to help you. If you try to call him about an issue about your room, they are not available. You have to texted they don’t get back to you. The room they gave me was right on the street and it was really really loud, even though I requested a quiet room Rather than simply switch me, they try to Nail me with an up charge Puerto Rico is a beautiful place and there’s plenty of wonderful places to stay in the price range this lease offers where you can actually enjoy yourself Never stay here
