4 people in 1 room plus luggage and moving items and we still felt like had room to move and be separated

Only thing is that the upper floors you can hear their footsteps.

Well I had a reservation for 2 queen beds and when I get there they say ********** overbooked them, they only had a king size bed for me and a roll away bed. Don’t know whose fault it was but I feel the hotel should at least give a courtesy call and let the customer know the situation beforehand. I don’t think it’s a bad hotel. Breakfast was good plenty to chose from, all the workers were nice. One other thing the water pressure in the morning is bad, I guess everyone showers in the morning.

I called weeks in advance to let them know we needed an early check in for a wedding. We were told it would be ok to check in after 1pm. We got there and was told sorry, we can’t get the guests out of the room so we could not check in early. The staff was NOT friendly at all, actually very rude about the situation. Because of that we were late getting to the wedding. I would never recommend this hotel!

Comfortable room. Very clean. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I'd definitely stay here again (I'll just eat breakfast elsewhere).

The front desk staff was friendly, it was quiet at night, and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again!
