Hotel location and landscaping are outstanding.
Close to all exterior and beach restaurants.
Pools are nice and night swim feels good since the water is warm.
The only negative point is thhe breakfast(so so basic for a 5 star hotel like Hyatt)

Overall good stay! Great staff and very clean property. Great breakfast buffet! Rooms on 2nd level were noisy especially room 230. I needed ear plugs to get a good nights sleep. Tub drain in our room was also broken. Internet speed and consistency was poor.

Overall we liked the property very much and had a great time. We didn't like that you had to reserve your beach chairs at the pool. We also didn't like the arm bands to access our room and the up elevator....they don't work well at all.

Property was great although family pool was a bit crowded. Adults only pool is great. Internet needs improvement and we had one other issue when the power and running water shut off for a few hours.

This was my 10th trip to Aruba.I’ve always felt safe there.This time was different when you walk to the stores we were bothered by men trying to sell beauty products, Wise guys who don’t like to take no for an answer.Also noticed a lot of security around all hotel properties,which is great but made me wonder why.Please Keep Aruba Safe!!

Love this property. More modern updated vibe. Conveniently located across from the shops, restaurants and night life. Yet still felt exclusive. Wonderful adult pool, modern vibe. Big enough beach with Palapas which you can reserve in advance. Some Palapas in the front row are $40 but you don’t have to rush to put your towel down. Ocean was clear and white sands. Riu seemed to have a tad more beach front. Mariott has more pools. This is a clean, chill, modern vibe. Many families as well. Hotels are located around you, so you can walk their boardwalk path and see visit the others. The food at the Hyatt for breakfast, lunch, and drinks was delicious. Did not eat dinner here. Staff was lovely, very friendly.
