I traveled by train, and the hotel was conveniently close to the station. The staff always greeted me with a smile, which I really appreciated. The cleaning staff also did a great job. I'll definitely stay here again.

A boutique hotel close to the Dona Katalina Zubia. There are two entrances to the hotel, the main one facing the road and the other entrance facing the Urumea River. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The hotel is quite clean and everything is within 15mins walk. The amenities are limited, but there is a 24 hour reception and bar downstairs, a nice roof top sunbathing area and a gym. Please double check the other amenities listing when booking, as I don't recall seeing the Public Bath, Foot Bath and Clothes Dryer as advertise. I would also suggest to check the batteries of the remotes before someone check ins, as I had to request it to be changed and it wasn't available until the next day, more compliment bottles of water and dental kits (given there was 3 of us and only 2 bottles and 1 kit). Overall though, I enjoyed the stay and would come back again.

Very modern and clean accommodation

Clean, kindness, close to station

When I arrived, the reception staff greeted me with a smile. They recommended bars and restaurants, which made my trip to San Sebastian even more enjoyable. The room was clean and the bed was perfectly made, so I had a very comfortable stay. I'd love to stay here again.

The hotel is located in the Gros district, about a 5-minute walk from the bus terminal and within walking distance of both the old and new towns. It's a quiet location along the river. It's quiet, but not lonely. The hotel is small, but it's fully equipped with a restaurant, bar, gym, and more, and the front desk was happy to accommodate our requests. There weren't enough amenities for everyone, but we brought our own, so it wasn't a problem. It was a good value hotel, and we were satisfied with the Japanese sense of cleanliness and attention to detail.

Excellent location, next to the bus terminal. The old town is just across the bridge. The rooms are new, well-equipped, and spacious. Hot water is readily available, waterproofing is effective, and the staff are courteous.

Reception Marcus's service was very good. The location is also very good. The breakfast was average, no CAVA. The two waiters at the bar, especially the girl, were very good. The girl was like a character in Rembrandt's painting, sincere and kind. Will definitely come back.

It was a very clean city hotel in a good location. It was a great hotel with all the basic amenities, like toothbrushes and bottle openers.
