Clean, kindness, close to station

Everything OK

It is a solid 3 or 4 star hotel. The rooms are large and clean, and the staff are friendly. The only downside is that the breakfast is not good at all. You may want to spend the money somewhere else instead of paying for breakfast that does not offer much. Parking is 200 meters away. Be prepared to drag your luggage to the remote offside parking when you check out.

The property was beautiful, in a great location right on the river. Walking distance to everything & overlooking the Christmas market. The staff were very welcoming & super helpful. Rooms were very comfortable with great amenities. Really enjoyed our stay!

A lovely premises within walking distance of most city attractions. A bit difficult to access if driving and parking nearby.

Interesting bathroom technology (automatic sliding door!), good choice of amenities, nice rooftop bar, spacious room, very helpful staff.

Nice boutique hotel in a very convenient location near the central bus station. Nice room and delicious breakfast. The receptionists were very helpfull.

We enjoyed our one-night stay at Abba Sans. The customer service staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was very easy. They held our bags as we arrived before check-in time and they upgraded us for free when we did check-in. The rooms were very clean and newly updated. The bathrooms were very spacious and the shower was luxurious. They had every amenity there in case you didn't bring it down to a toothbrush and toothpaste and a complimentary bottle of water. The room size was to be expected as most European hotels are not that spacious, but there were enough closets and I didn't feel cramped. The location is great. We walked everywhere although the bus station and metro were very close if we chose to use them. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful room in a lovely hotel! We had a large comfortable room with a balcony looking over the river. The staff were really friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooftop bar is really nice, and the breakfast was good. Abba is located in a perfect spot on the river, easy walking distance to Old Town, the beach, and public transportation.

Parking was not essy even though the hotel offered a discount. Room service was poor. The roll was not cleaned well. Also the sound carried. You could here the neighbors in the adjacent room very clearly.

Outstanding hotel and top notch facilities. Sergio and the hotel staff were very accommodating, friendly, and service oriented. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is immaculate and the rooms tastefully decorated. We particularly enjoyed the daily bottle of water in our room and the nespresso coffee machine with four coffee pods each day. The breakfast buffet was varied, fresh and delicious. The rooftop bar had stunning view to the old town and the bar staff are absolutely delightful and so helpful with local knowledge. The hotel's location cannot be beaten for exploring the new and old town! The only time we didn't walk was for traveling to and from Bilboa airport - for which the main bus terminal is a short ten minutes walk away (if that) along the river. The hotel has a small gym with limited equipment but good for a quick workout. There is no need for a pool as there are numerous beaches close by.

The rooms are brand new, state of the art. The staff was very attentive and responsive. The area is close to the walkable areas. The breakfast had a very good price, not spectacular, but good.
