The carpet had a big stain and was also ripped in several places, someone painted the tub and the paint is peeling, does not look good. There is always guest smoking on the stairwell. During my 4 day stay no one came to clean or take out the trash or change the towels. We had to go to the front desk every time we wanted fresh towels.
