房間詳情裏的描述都是虛假的，10平米的房間説成40平米，沒有歡迎水果和小童玩具，也沒有小童樂園，投影儀是壞的什麼也看不了，含的58元一人的早餐牛奶是快過期變質的，雞蛋是不新鮮的茶葉蛋，油餅油條是過了幾天冷的，房子沒電梯，農村宅基地位處鄉村山區，住一晚價格要400元.

老闆人很客氣，因為某設施損壞，自動將房間升級為套房，房子剛裝修不久，住得很舒服。而且幾個人還贈送幾份早餐，因為春節期間，客人多，早餐還挺豐盛的，簡直賺翻了。
經過比較，我們選擇老闆介紹的導遊買票，價格比網絡貴一絲絲，但服務周到，少走很多冤枉路，省了不少時間，值得信賴。

奉勸各位不要入坑，這家民宿就是農村自建房，位置極偏，前不着村後不着店，沒有電梯，五層樓，行李全靠扛！！！剛入住的時候廁所居然沒沖，噁心至極！！！再有就是他家的窗户，輕輕開用手指頭撥開窗，居然整扇玻璃從五樓掉落下去，大過年的嚇**了）所幸沒有傷到樓下的人和車。事發後老闆及老闆家人都沒有上來詢問情況，到退房時老闆母親居然要我們進行賠償，説是我故意把他家玻璃推下去，我好好的去旅遊，沒事去推他家玻璃？明明是他家的玻璃安裝質量不過關，限位器居然是裝反的，還要賴我們推窗户。老闆母親説老闆去吃吃什麼宴席，始終沒有出面來商討這個事情）幾通電話後老闆母親説，沒事了老闆會處理，讓我們先行離開。在我們離開民宿後，老闆竟然用自己的手段私自更改房價（在原來房價的基礎上增加300元）然後報給平台，直接在用銀行卡里麪扣掉。太可怕了啊，竟然有這樣的霸王行為，平台介入後，居然還不同意退還，這樣的民宿你們還敢住嗎？？？

很推薦，我們住的星空房，打開窗簾，隔着頂窗沐浴着陽光，看着藍天白雲，別提多愜意了，房間、床品也很乾凈，民宿老闆非常好，早晨有品類超多的美味早餐，因此都能找到合自己口味的。總之入住體驗很好，但比較推薦自駕或有參團（有車輛接送）的人羣，因為景點相對距離較遠，沒有車的話不太方便，最後，泰寧真的值得一來，景美，性價比超高，也能玩得盡興！

剛裝修比較新，不説非常豪華，但簡約實用，具體可以看他房源裏面的照片，收拾的也很乾凈，喜歡他們的大床，這裏的房間有大有小有星空，都很有特色，外有燒烤，內有廚房，樓頂有曬衣服的地方，民宿的配套還是挺齊全的，年輕的老闆人也很好，貼心地提供了早餐，按我要求介紹了他的導遊，鄰居也非常好，幫我們跑前跑後買了套餐，按團體票價比打折的優惠一段，很愉快的旅行，好的房源需要提前預訂喲，看他們家房源還挺搶手的。

住的是親子房，很大，裏面有滑滑梯，海洋池，鞦韆……還有投影電視，很不錯！老闆還附送了小童拖鞋，小童牙刷和小童浴巾毛巾，真的很貼心。早點是老闆自己家做的，品種不多但也還不錯。想吃晚餐也可以提前找老闆定，味道不錯，價格公道！
