鬧區，出行方便，朋友登門拜訪方便。早餐午餐晚餐外吃都很方便。出門會朋友同事同學等很方便（打車，公交）。房間衞生，環境不錯，服務到位設施齊全。

差評，直接去櫃枱訂便宜很多。然後服務實在差，小朋友要用浴巾，我找前台要，居然跟我説從來沒有提供這個服務，需要牙刷，浴巾之類的都要服務費。沒有免費使用。也住了好幾年這個賓館，第一次聽説！！！其他賓館也沒聽説多要個浴巾要收費的，太坑了，以後不去了！！！
