The room is smelly , blankets are dirty with black dots. Not many choice of hotel around that area though

佐野駅にも近く、無料駐車場もあり、交通の便はよいホテル。外観はかなり古めかしい感じだが、内装も違和感なく古めかしい。部屋は加湿空気清浄機があるが、ユニットバスは小さく、部屋自体もせまい。朝食は和食、洋食をチェックイン時に選ぶスタイル。ビュッフェではなく、至って普通。一番気になったのは壁の薄さ。隣の人が夜中に呪文のようなことを唱えていたが、嫌なほど聞こえてしまい気になった。せめて静寂性はあって欲しい。

築年数は古いが客室はリニューアルされ清潔感があり滞在自体は快適でした。 相鉄ホテルのメンバーなので通常10時のチェックアウトが12時までの無料延長特典を受けられた。当日フロントで12時チェックアウトについても確認済。 しかし、翌日の10時過ぎ頃にいきなり部屋の鍵が解錠されドアが開いた。こちらはベッドの中にいたが、どうやら客室清掃担当が間違えてらしい。 ドアに一応「起こさないで」のプレートを貼っていたし、フロントでレイトチェックアウトについては確認済にもかかわらず。レイトチェックアウトの件は客室清掃担当に伝わっていなかったのだろうか。 仮にそれが伝わっていなかったとしても、呼び鈴やノックを数回繰り返した後「失礼します」と声掛けを行い、それで反応なしと確認後に客室へ入室するのがホテルの客室係りの基本であると思います。 今後、このようなことがないように投稿しました。

・・・見学の為、利用させて頂きました。（今年２回目） 車でも電車でもアクセスが良いのでこちらを選択しました。 駅にも近いし、駐車場（ホテルの）も、多い。 肝心のホテルですが、 昭和の雰囲気が漂う昔ながらのホテルといったところでしょうか。 昭和生まれなので嫌いではありません。 個人的にお気に入りなのは 部屋からの眺めですね。佐野市街を一望できます。 みかも山って結構デカいのね。(^^) 因みに、通路を挟んだ反対側の部屋からは・・・ お寺かな？眺望はイマイチです。 可もなく不可もなくといったところですが 一つだけ要望があります。 自販機もうちょっと充実させてほしいです。 まあ、近くにコンビニあるからいいのかもしれないけど・・・

加湿器の中の清掃が全くされてません。カビの巣窟でした。他にもシャワールームのフックも汚れがこびり付いてます。信じられません。
