Very friendly staff - delicious food & incredibly beautiful place with music - side street that offers a relaxed a**osphere! We were spoken to as we walked past but it wasn't pushy - great, would go back any time!

We had dinner and ate very well, and I was able to eat in peace despite my shellfish allergy! Finally normal prices and very kind staff, especially our waiter Elbio! Rating 10 and a really nice and well-kept place! I advise!

Comfortable and very well maintained hotel

They steal money from your bank card after you leave the hotel, saying that some belongings have been lost or damaged. Items that do not give you a list to verify their existence. They display in their advertising various services and equipment that you should enjoy during your stay and when you arrive at the hotel, you don't have them or you have to pay for them. It is a noisy place, the employees smoke on the ground floor and the smoke enters the rooms. The smell of food from the restaurants below also increases. The bathroom in the room does not have extraction and when they use it, a bad smell comes out that stays in the room for a long time. Also, the humidity when you shower permeates the entire bathroom, mirror, towels and clothes you are going to use. There is no TV, they don't give you control of the air conditioning and you have to pay if you are going to use it, the safe is inside the room and you have to pay to use it. They are rude to customers by stealing money from your credit card, my partner was robbed of €10 for a lost coffee maker that we never had in the room. They do not have a microwave oven, they do not have a toaster, the kitchen is slow, there is a lack of kitchen utensils. The hotel is dark and dated. The cleaning bucket, broom and mop are left in the hallway inside the room, there is no furniture to store it, there is no washing machine in an aparthotel. The owners have implemented a policy for workers of stealing money from the card, citing damage, without first communicating with the client to see what could have happened. I do not recommend this place at all, I stayed 6 nights and 4 people had dinner in the restaurant, spending more than €470 in this place plus tip in the restaurant, they did not care, they mentioned the loss of the coffee maker as if we had stolen it, and They charged it. We still spoke with the administration the next day and this person with little preparation for his position, put the charge for a coffee maker that we never had before the claim that we made. It is a dangerous place seeing the previous comments of bad experiences on this site.
