As part of an organized tour... we discovered this hotel on the outside charming... even tempting... But... The rest is something else: We are told there is no elevator: my wife who walks with two canes would have liked to have gone from the main staircase to access our room... But no elevator is wrong: you have to go to the back of the hall to see that the elevator exists, that it is modern but it is broken... luckily we will be able to dine in our room... to avoid this terrible and pretty staircase. The next morning the hot water is on strike; we wash with barely lukewarm water (and still...) anyway there are only two towels in the bathroom and when I ask for one more they tell me "no, sorry we doesn't have much already..." ; the splendid Nespresso type machine sits on a table, but there is neither pod nor sugar... When I go down for breakfast: 1 good coffee, 2 nice toasts and a small knob of butter... I ask for one more a little bit of butter to finish my bread... The waiter tells me that there will be an extra charge... I honestly laugh and ask him if he's serious about 1 or 2 tiny knobs of butter... Which I I ended up getting it for free! Positive point: a nice waitress helps me bring a cup of coffee and some bread up to our room, to save my wife a trip down the stairs... But I should point out that there was no of tea in this Hotel... And that, for all the reasons given above, I do not recommend...
