Good welcome, very good value for money, too bad, dishwasher full and microwave not very clean, but as we ultimately didn't use it, it was very good, everything else was spot on.

They advertise Qye there is a sauna and you get there and they say they closed it 2 years ago.
The cleaning is quite fair of crystals and under the sofa, doors….
The beds are very comfortable
The kitchen is quite complete and clean.
Very close to everything and quiet area. You pay a supplement to have an apar**ent with a terrace that really gave us a lot of game with views of the canal. The terrace is not very big but for 4 it is very good
There is a pool, mini golf and jacuzzi upstairs in the attic but at 7 pm it closes and you can't be upstairs for security (the time is a bit short when you're on vacation but the staff goes home)

Caution when booking: property location is not very convenient (distance to beach and city centre), the 1 bedroom apar**ent unit on ******* is misrepresented and does NOT have a balcony whereas the pictures associated to this lodging unit depict many instances of a spacious balcony. You have to pay a 10EUR/night fee for the balcony and there are few units with balcony available. The aircon & dishwasher in our lodging unit were out of order and not fixed during a 2 week stay, the amenities and property are generally in poor condition, wear and tare combined with low maintenance are taking their toll. The pools are relatively small and pretty shallow, no pool umbrellas available and no shade to seek refuge from the summer sun.
I would not recommend long stays with a family in this property due to location and lacking facilities/amenities.

Amazing environment, super clean, quality, great services! I did the check in very late and they help me out very efficiently with everything! The apar**ent was equipped with everything that you need on a family trip! I will come back soon.

A beautiful view of the Marina. Perfectly located residence. Parking is paid but constitutes a real additional comfort, especially in season. High quality welcome. Comfort of the apar**ent. Many shops and commercial areas nearby, as well as the beach. I recommend the boat trip in the Marina. At this time of year it’s perfect!

Many problems: apar**ent with breakages, need to bring in a technician in the middle of our stay blocking us for part of the morning.
Water and electricity cut, no action from the establishment.
Deposit not yet returned, no inventory but waiting for the cleaners to do the inventory without us. We hope to have no problems with the deposit.
