We booked this hotel solely because it had a pool so arriving to the hotel to be told the pool isn’t in use was massively disappointing. It was green. They said it was due to the storms and they wouldn’t be cleaning it until they were due no more storms but considering we were about 1 couple of maybes 3 others staying at the hotel until June 1st it felt a bit convenient that the pool started to be cleaned and the pool bar opened on June 1st when all of the other guests started arriving for “holiday season” (the day before we left). I understand pools aren’t used during the colder months but I’d have preferred to have had previous knowledge of this because I’d have chosen somewhere with a usable pool. They also provided us with the remote for the AC in the room and then took it back the next day which wasn’t great. The positives about this hotel is that the rooms were modern and clean, we had a balcony (nice view of the green pool) and it was in a great location. The road leading to it is a bit sketchy but felt safe walking it every day and evening. It’s a 5-10 minute walk from a lovely beach with gorgeous sand, where you can rent a couple of beds and a parasol for the day and a great beach bar which is cheap and serves good food. The hotel is a short journey from the centre of the town. Food wasn’t great at breakfast but not sure if that’s cause there weren’t many guests until June 1st.. but all staff were kind and helpful. Maids cleaned our room every day (even when we put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door???) Overall it was a nice stay due to the location and how nice our room was, but was massively let down by the pool situation. I’m pleased we didn’t bring our children for that reason.

It absolutely does not deserve the 4 stars. Substantially absent the services: in the room unguarded minibar; no bar at the reception, while the one in the pool is often closed and they do not prepare hot or cold dishes. Demobilization atmosphere. A swimming cap must be worn in the outdoor pool. For the restaurant you have to book in the morning. Breakfast modest in quantity and poor in quality. Strongly not recommended.

However, they weren't 4-star dinners despite the Chef's potential because the choice was very limited and if you asked if there was still a bit of something the waiters would ask you for the room number to charge it. Choice between fruit or dessert. A FRUIT like "tonight there is the pear" and if you don't like the pear do it without fruit ... and dessert, babà mignon or cannoli and it also happened that there was only fruit. I have also been to many 3 stars and even 2 where I found more quantity, quality, more choice and above all more generosity. Example they passed by asking who wanted an encore. Unfortunately, the rules of the structure, the policy of those who manage it, make these dinners potentially memorable, something more like the work canteen and they give me only 2 stars.

Non consiglio troppe note negative...non ci tornerei. TV piccola che non funzionava, bar dell'hotel privo di qualsiasi cosa, c era solo acqua, caffè e un amaro senza ghiaccio. L'unica cosa positiva la pulizia e l'accoglienza e cordialità di Luciano.

Gli esterni e la piscina sarebbero da curare maggiormente. La struttura nell'insieme è decisamente un 4 stelle piene sia per arredamento (elegante, nuovo e moderno) che per gli spazi. Bellissime (e consigliate) le triple con giardino (davvero lussuose). Nel complesso buona la colazione (anche se i cornetti erano un po' secchi), ma c'era una discreta scelta, con torte fatte in casa. Peccato per le zanzare che ci hanno letteralmente impedito di usufruire della piscina ed hanno continuato ad infastidirci nel corso di tutto il soggiorno. Munitevi di OFF e fornelletti nelle stanze ed il vostro soggiorno potrebbe essere davvero piacevole.
