Dobry hotel jak na Kolumbie. Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Dostaliśmy nawet lepszy pokój z widokiem na morze. Piękna plaża naprzeciw hotelu. Wokół wiele restauracji, barów i sklepów, niestety również dyskotek. To największy koszmar tego miejsca, bo kolumbijczycy choć są bardzo mili, to balują do białego rana. Jeśli szukasz atrakcji miejskich ten hotel jest idealny. Jeśli preferujesz spokój poszukaj innego hotelu. Jedyny minus hotelu, to brak wody pitnej i serwisu kawowego w pokoju.

I would recommend it to my friends.. excellent staff, welling to help you the best they can. The view was amazing from my room of the beach. It was a family room definitely will go back. We enjoyed every minute we were there.

Shame for such a beautiful area the amount of disrepair and disorder
On the upside still was an interesting experience and the people are warm and friendly
The beaches were closed and the city had no electricity when we arrived but the hotel had a generator, overall we had to leave early

Ripping off foreigner tourist by charging IVA after fully paid room through *******. Also falsely advertised the room amenities. The internet in the room did not work.

I did not like the extra charges that the guy at the front desk told meto pay.
I had reservations checking out july 12, but I reserve an extra night the 12 and we checked out today July 13 at 4:00 am. He charge us 819.00 pesos for this extra night for 2 bedrooms.
