We couldnt stay there, money wasted!!!
The room was super dirty, the blanket is worst it’s somekind of thin puffy kind, but its not puffy, its dark red and have holes, with HAIRS on the bedsheet.
It smell rooted in here, the curtains are broken, there are holes and couldn’t cover the whole window, like someone can literally see from outside!!
The AC was full with dirts, like haven’t washes in 500 million years.
I can found COCKROACHES in the cabinets AND FLOOR!
Lets not talk about bathroom…. Everything just beyond word could ever explain.
we asked to switch the room but the property guy said nah, it’s been cleaning everyday, lmao.
Just stay out guys!!!!

Trip.com is taking on liability by listing this resource. The sheets had not been changed in weeks. The floor was grimy. Staff sat outside the window and chatted loudly into the night. The state of repair of the unit was terrible. Anyone staying in these units is at risk of contracting a disease or a parasite or an infection. Beware!

We couldn't stay because the room was filthy, there were live insects in the dresser (also dirty and all sticky)
The bathroom was full of cracks and holes in the wall, from which dirt and mold were coming out.
There was also mold in the electrical sockets.
In addition to other people's hair and hair on the floor and courtesy service (towels), there was an unbearable stench.
And the gentleman at reception even had the courage to tell me that it had been cleaned in the morning!
Fortunately we found another clean and well-kept motel not far away.
I would like to point out that I am not a squeamish person, but I didn't think something like that could even be legal to present to a client, I never expected to find myself in a situation like that, a nightmare (ah, the motel I found in I paid the same to replace this...)
Obviously I didn't receive a refund but I still hope to get something back, because such a service is worthy of complaint and because we didn't spend more than 10 minutes in that type of room.

It was filthy, bathroom, floor, sheets, blankets, towels,walls, windows. Heater didn't work, no remote f or TV, and no foods or market near..$20 deposit for key and we leftit in the door so Ami XD took it to office. In the morning he said he didn't have it and that we needed to take better care of there key but I'll give you $10 back. Straight up lied, worst experience of my life, should have slept outside, would have been cleaner and more comfortable. Mo

horrible because I wanted to change the day of check-in I checked in this morning at 6 am apart from that the room is disgusting it smells like dogs an unbearable smell the hand washbasin is useless

Nasty, nasty, nasty hovel. Cockroach infested dirty run-down hell-hole. This place should not be allowed to advertise as a motel. Horrible nasty dirty place. I think the bed sheets were clean but they had bugs on them. I didn’t dare touch the one blanket provided. I slept an uneasy sleep wondering what might be crawling on me. Raw sewage backed up into the already blocked shower drain in the morning. Then the owner wouldn’t give me my money back for the days I didn’t stay, let alone the night I stayed. ******* gave me a one night credit so I lost $250 in un-refunded prepayment. Worst place imaginable. Only in a movie would a motel be this disgusting. Stay away for your health and safety.

Smelling of cigarettes every where it was not an hygiene space smelling in the room and cockroaches every where in the rooms bedroom and closet in the bathroom and in the showers they where everywhere!!! Disgusting.
