It’s ok, location is excellent.

Disappointing hotel experience. Stayed for a week with hiking group. No drinks/food/ snacks available on arrival or or during the day if u wanted to relax by pool or were ill. Evening meal often sent back. I thought I was served convenience food from packet it was so bad. Day four a welcome basic salad bar arrived.No kettle in room. Four star??? Our room had an additional camp bed which we had not requested. Had to request change room as it faced a wall of weeds. No management available. The restaurant manager was very rude when requests made. Location on the edge of town. Shuttle bus only on Sat and Tuesday. However waitress Nuncia and Sandra were delightful and did their best. Breakfast was good choice. Beds and towels changed. Some areas needed deep clean. Would not stay here again. Noone in our group was satisfied.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The property is loud, dirty, and very outdated. Cleanliness was clearly lacking, and the overall condition of the hotel felt neglected and poorly maintained. The food was awful we only tried breakfast, and that alone was enough to put us off eating there again. Our room was also impractical and uncomfortable due to an unnecessary extra bed being placed inside, which meant there was no space for our suitcases at all. We had booked four nights but left after just two because the experience was so bad. The only positive aspect of our stay was the women at reception, who were polite, sadly, they were the only redeeming feature. We would never return and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, good location to walk to centre of Santa Teresa Gallura (fair distance and uphill on way back) and we also enjoyed the (much longer) walk to Capò Testa. Weather was stormy and windy for us so we did not use pool. Good value for money and a nice relaxed atmosphere

So disappointing, definitely NOT a 4 star hotel, I wish I’d read these reviews on Trip Advisor before booking! We’re actually here now and have another 2 nights to go before getting the ferry to Bonifacio, how will we survive?😣 Room is too small for our 2 suitcases to be stored easily, decor is very dated, knob is missing on bedside cabinet, only one pillow per person, no tea / coffee making facilities although a kettle was provided for a €10 security deposit- who’d want to steal it? and they charged us for a tiny cup of milk! Wifi is really bad, cannot get the adapter to charge our phones to fit into the sockets, had to use the adaptor they provided with the kettle, measly toiletries in plastic sachets, shower head cannot be adjusted and looks ancient, shower cubicle is tiny. Breakfast was average at best. Pool looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. We’d accept all of this if the hotel was a 1, 2 or 3 star hotel, but not acceptable for a 4 star hotel!!! The hotel is further out of the town than indicated on the map, which is ok going into the town as it’s downhill, but returning is demanding. As this is the only town to stay in in order to get the ferry I really wouldn’t bother spending more than one night, and then only stay in this hotel if it’s had a major re-vamp. The person on reception is nice enough, but we went out today at 11.30am and put the sign on our door to make up the room, we returned at 2.45, nothing had been done! 4 stars … you have to be kidding!!!! Now my husband is trying to work downstairs at this minute and says that lots of the power points do not work for him to be able to use his laptop😤😤😤😤😤
