Very helpful staff.
Dated building.
They keep entry door locked at all times and you have to ring the bell and wait every time. I understand it's a safety issue but hugely inconvenient.

The hotel is very good, excellent location, close to restaurants, metro station and the center of Santiago, which can be reached on foot. The service from the girls at reception is sensational, they are all very attentive, the room is comfortable, with air conditioning and the bed is also comfortable. There is no minibar, no safe and access to the rooms is via a staircase, but this was not a problem. Breakfast is very simple and you have to make an appointment every day, as there are only 4 tables available. The shower is very good, but the only thing I didn't like was having to turn the shower on for a while so it warms up, I was in agony from wasting so much water, I even tried to take a cold shower, but it didn't work, as the water is frozen.

Very old and uncomfortable hotel. Needs modernization. The breakfast is poor and the service leaves something to be desired. The location alone, in the charming Paris-London neighborhood, should be praised. The rest are no good. Too bad.

To begin with, they don't work with cards: payment is made in dollars or Chilean pesos. Room 15, which I had, was not originally a bedroom: there are no closets, the bathroom is adapted and bad and there are no windows. The breakfast is poor, not to say bad. Très joli hôtel situé dans un quartier très agréable et proche du centre. Les chambres sont propres et bien agencées. Le personnel est vraiment très agréable et souriant. Seul petit défaut, le petit déjeuner est un peu famélique. A savoir qu'il peut être servi dans les chambres. Je le recommande vivement.
